When I came there with the wrong oil filter. They told me that I had purchased the wrong on and discredited it from my bill. The staff was very friendly and they made you felt welcome.

I was greeted right when I pulled up and it didn’t take long for my turn to come up. All employees that helped me were happy and took care of everything I needed immediately. Very happy with the service today

The service specialists were very efficient and knowledgeable. As we were on a long trip I appreciated their checking all the fluids and tire pressure in addition to doing the oil change. I also appreciate the free checks for the next 5,000 miles.

The young man who spoke with me was very respectful and made it a point to make sure I got the proper oil change for my vehicle. On top of a quality oil change they do a nice inspection on your vehicle. I'm only sorry that I don't remember his name.

I’ve been there 4 times now and they are very kind and their service has been very professional. I even stopped there last to not only check my fluids but to learn where/how to check my own fluids.

My daughter went there for an oil change. She is out of state at college. Never having to get her oil done before she called me "Mom no one is in this place what should I do?" After I tell her to knock and look around someone came to help. She claims she told them she was not sure what to get, but that I told her synthetic blend . Well she calls me saying " So the extra cash you gave me to grab something to eat before I drive home to Jersey I don't have. My oil change was $110 before the $20 coupon. I had her send me a copy of the receipt. They charged her for full synthetic. She claims she told them but obviously did not give her request thought because they charged her a bundle. Just feel that they took advantage of an naive college student. She had blend previously, and the sticker in the window showed that.
