A pleasant shopping experience. I came in to return an online item. It was returned in seconds and I was prompted to take a look at the new offerings and sale items. I usually order online, but will probably start going into this store more often. Store is clean, organized and the employees are friendly.

I love stopping in J Crew on King. The most wonderful, accommodating & helpful staff. Always a highlight of my day when I can stop in! The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and is able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks J Crew!

Had GREAT service at checkout with a young gal (looked like a recent college grad) UNTIL the manager got involved. My transaction was multi faceted with a return, a purchase and an online purchase. While another employee looked for an item for me, the manager had my gal rush off to help another woman who barely stepped up to the line with both arms full of returns. The manager was so worried that this customer might have to wait when in reality my transaction needed another two minutes at the most. So there I stood waiting and waiting and waiting. The manager even took yet another customer who stepped up all the while knowing that I was just standing there. The care and consideration the young associate showed me was above and beyond her so-called manager’s. This manager needs to return to customer service 101 and let her younger sales associate run the store. She may just learn something

Maria at the King St Jcrew is the best! She is so joyful and helpful, I cannot compliment her enough. I placed an order for pick up to the wrong location and she went above and beyond to get it resolved with the biggest smile on her face!

Classic American Design. Large store. Good quality with timeless and preppy style. I go every spring for dresses and accessories. Helpful staff too.

Such a wonderful shop! Great selection of clothes. My fiance and I were well attended to. A dynamic worker Joe was absolutely wonderful. I got the most gorgeous tie and shirt combo for a job interview which I did get! Thanks J. Crew and Joe! I'll be back.

I walked in with my girlfriend & we browsed around for about 15 minutes. Not once did we get greeted or asked if we needed any assistance finding anything. There were four workers on the sales floor that walked right past us & talking amongst themselves in a group.I will never do business at this location or recommend anyone do so.
