Typical ScamI've been trying to resolve my issue for almost 5 months and there is no end to this issue. I paid for a tax pro and she is useless. She will not return emails or phone calls. I have filed at least two complaints a day and customer representatives have done nothing except kept me going in circles. Very disappointed with my experience with the company. I'm in the process of contacting a lawyer. I have contacted the business bureau and the IRS concerning the excessive number of complaints I have already filed.

We have had Tommy do our taxes for years now. We moved from out of state and had a ton of paper work and 2 states involved. Took the time to explain everything. Always friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to go there.
