Best tax experience ever! Ms. Stephanie Martian was hilarious, professional and thorough. She even went above and beyond to make sure I got a maximum refund at a well price. Ms. Stephanie truly is customer oriented. I definitely will return for years to come. She undoubtedly cares about you and your financial knowledge for your best interest. Not to mention Ms. Irene at the front desk is so courteous to everyone she greets. So please if you go to this location ask for Ms. Stephanie Martian.

The staff was warm and professional. My refund took about 30 mins and was explained very well. Also, I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment even though I was 20 mins early.

Never use this company. No one gets back you, i was left waiting in the office for 1.5 hours and had an appointment. I walked out, it was during my work day. Tried to set up a virtual call, no one turned up. No one answered my questions ended up having to submit my return the night before the deadline. No idea if it is correct. They sent me a survey, I gave them one star, Kimberly emailed me to ask why I had given negative feedback, then said she would call me. She still hasn't called and I have followed up via email. I would lose my job if I didn't answer emails

Overpaid, the rep Patricia Brown put things on my form that I explicitly said no to. I got no response from the supervisor, rep or manager (Tiffany). The rep was rude and uncaring and took advantage of me, never got an estimate at the beginning either. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They overcharge, don’t spare any time, apparently put things down that you say you don’t have, and their customer service is severely lacking. I require a call back and a refund.Sadly I have to put a star to post this but in my opinion 0 stars.

I have been using H & R Block for years. I have gone to Ms. Judy for the last 3 years. I always have such a positive experience and a refund!
