I stopped in here yesterday, 12/28, and had the worst customer service experience of all time! I was so excited to find this boutique and loved so many of the items! I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and, after walking around holding the shoe I wanted to try on for about 5 minutes I finally went to the front and had to loudly greet the woman working and ask for my size. She went to the back and I continued shopping. I was the only person in the store at this time. I noticed she had come back to the front but she never said anything to me. I took the items I planned to purchase to the front and the woman greeted me like she'd never seen me before! I then had to ask about the shoes! She pointed to the back and said "I put them back there". I went back and tried them on. She never asked how they fit/if I needed any other sizes/anything!!! What! I loved them, but for the price I left them simply because I didn't want to give this boutique any more of my money. I went and checked out; the woman never mentioned the shoes. As a matter of fact, she didn't say anything at all to me. I checked out and left. Will never, ever return here. So bad.

Literally MY FAV BOUTIQUE in Charleston, South Carolina!!! I have never entered this store without finding something I love. Worker are some of the friendliest people and always hype me up when trying on clothes. Been a customer for a couple years and will continue to shop this wonderful small business for years to come!

Today was my second and LAST Time I will ever come here !!! Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My husband and I walked through and no one ever greeted us or even acknowledge us . The same thing happened a couple of months back , when I was with my daughter . It is really sad that places like this still exist in 2021 !

So sorry to write a 1 star review. Cute store but Amanda was so rude when my daughter wanted to try on three things and it was 5 minutes until they close. She would not let her try on the items and told us the dressing room was closed. There was another couple in the store that still needed to check out and in the time it would have taken to check them out m y daughter could have been in and out of the dressing room. Unfortunately, they lost a sale as we handed Amanda our items and left. There are too many other awesome, small boutiques in Charleston with superior customer service. I encourage you to seek out somewhere else to give your money to.

My favorite boutique! I shop for everything here including dresses, casual wear, athleisure, shoes, and sunglasses. I have 2 pairs of leggings from here that are my absolute favorite!
