Nice place your best to use Valet parking. Not in the hustle and bustle of the peninsula, but put close enough to walk. King street with all the shops one block away. Rooms are smaller, pool is awesome, gym is nice. But with the rate you pay breakfast should be included or half price in the restaurant. All in all I would go back.
Walkability: King street one block away tons of nice shops restaurants and Cafés.

John in valet and Alexis are the 5 stars here. Marriott needs to do what it takes to keep them but step it up in investing into this property.

This is a smaller hotel but it's right downtown and very nice. The best part about it are the people. Paul and Pierce were super welcoming and helped me with several things.

From the very beginning checking in the two women at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again. I had the pleasure of meeting Paul tonight and he was so courteous and helpful as well. Nothing but positive things to say about my stay.

Friendly front desk staff, comfortable and clean rooms, near stop for free trolley to downtown.
Nearby activities: Close to retail and tourist districts, trolley, market, downtown. Hotel boasts of salt water pool but it is small and there are critters on the pool deck.
Walkability: Easy walk to downtown retail and restaurants

Great stay at the limited! The location was great, only thing that could have been better about it is if it were right ON king street but 1 block away is excellent. So many restaurants in the area. Great scented lobbies, fruit infused water and very nice staff. Jordan in the valet was particularly friendly and always gave us quick service whenever we needed to drive somewhere.

This place is living up to its name because our experience here has been nothing but limited by the lack of comfort and non existent hospitality.
Perhaps it's my own fault for choosing a place named The limited after staying in the Westin in Savannah Georgia before this and having the time of my life there.
The one upside, we check out of this dump today and move to the Mills House for last leg of our stay. I can't imagine anything being worse than these last two nights.

I would give negative 10 stars if possible. My mother booked this hotel for several days as she was traveling with us. I had to have 2 emergency surgeries at the last minute and had to cancel trip. She called at least 2 days ahead of time if not more. Apparently, they insisted she missed a deadline by a few hours. They showed zero compassion that her daughter could have died and was having emergency surgery. And then insisted on charging her $513.00 even though I'm quite sure they could have still booked the room. Bloodsucking corporate vulture greed at its finest. My mother saved for this trip and is a senior citizen on fixed income. Nice way to take advantage of her while her daughter is undergoing back to back procedures in the hospital. I paid my mother back once I got out of hospital but will tell EVERYONE I encounter about Marriott's unlimited greed. I have stayed at Marriott's spending up to $500 a night before but that will NEVER happen again. This hotel should be ashamed of itself.
