The entire experience was the best of the best. We were met at the door, and everything was prepared and ready to go. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Joshua explained all of the functions of the vehicle in terms that were easy to understand, and Andrew made getting through all the legal stuff and paperwork 'almost fun" but definitely much less taxing as it could have been. Wilbur made the whole experience something to remember. He was like a fine-tuned conductor getting us through the process that was fun, entertaining and PREPARED.

My wife and I were in the process of looking for a family vehicle when we stumbled across a very nice vehicle located at Rick Hendrick Lexus in Charleston. Immediately upon arrival to get more insight on a vehicle we were greeted by their friendly staff. We did not have full confidence on what we were looking for and what to look for until we began to talk to the sales Consultant Wilbur Wiggins. He really sat down with us gave us real information and understanding on what they offer and how it would really benefit us. He wasn’t over aggressive like most dealerships he told us what they offered and even if we didn’t purchase from them, what exactly what to look for. Which ultimately made us feel comfortable and with that knowledge made us want to come back and continue our shopping experience with them. They were very friendly from beginning to end giving us reassurance and confidence when it came to purchasing as new vehicle. He sat down and helped us narrow down what would for our family and what would work for us in calm relaxing environment without the pressure or feeling “he just wanted to make a sale” he wanted us to be comfortable in what we were getting with everything we wanted at the price range we were trying to stay in. It was 5 star service since we arrived on the dealership lot Day until the very end of our process! I would like to thank everyone at Rick Hendrick Lexus Especially Mr. Wilbur Wiggins for taking the time to really layout a great plan for us!

Hendrick Lexus in Charleston was great place to buy our new family vehicle. Ryan Kay sure does know his way around cars. Our three kids were welcomed and the lounge area was clean and stocked with snacks. Best experience we have ever had at a car dealership, largely due to Ryan!
