I saw kids just being kids in this store and I saw two different employees be so KIND and help parent’s out by trying to make the kiddos laugh when they were having melt downs. and even heard one worker say to a mom “ you are doing a great job” that is just incredible because I can only imagine a grocery store is such a stress full place for a parent and I bet that meant a lot to that parent.

I was at self check out this morning and I was being eye balled by this old man the entire time. Directly after I checked out he runs to the register to do a re print to see if I checked everything out. I turned around and asked him if there was a problem and he said did you ring up that item in your hand. I said yes I did I do not steal. I felt very offended. I see many other comments about self check out. If you feel every one is bad and stealing close self check out down. I scanned EVERY SINGLE ITEM I had. I would suggest they do some better training or have staff that don't sit there behind your back the entire time. Then I called the store to let the main manager know and she tried to act like she cared but in reality she could care less by her attitude.

Second time was asked to see what I was buying in the self service registers. Showed the guy it was indeed the salad bar after being accused of getting the hot bar. He did not say he was sorry and I feel he is racial profiling. Will not waste my money at that Harris Teeter that I have been getting lunch 3 times a week. I do not like being looked at every time I go through the self service as a criminal. Do not need that kind of prejudice as I have seen it enough growing up and I recognize it very well.

It’s 9:32pm EST on a Tuesday and your store hours are listed as open until 11pm daily — yet your store is currently closed….? Myself and 3 other cars pulled up and then drove off when we all realized the same thing. Guess you don’t like making money

Was at Publix's, stood in the deli line for 15 minutes while the deli manager talked to the deli clerk. Several people left the line (including me). Went over to Harris Teeter's and was standing at the deli counter when immediately the deli clerk waited on us. HARRIS TEETER'S IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!

I was standing in line and I was approached aggressively by a brown hair, tall skinny white women with glasses who works for Harris Teeter at the self check out lane she needs to find another job if she hates her job so much because she treats her customers very poorly. I will be filing a complaint with corporate office. The people who work at the customer service desk are incompetent and incapable of delivering good service as well.
