Amazing Pharmacy that we have to going to since they Opened! Pharmacist John & Shana are so Thorough... Professional & Kind! They check new prescriptions to make sure they don't interact with medications you take. Even if you get an over the counter med they make sure it's ok for you to take!!! I see that 2-3 people left bad reviews one person mentioned a Janice that has never been at this location! Another person I see leaves horrible reviews for everyone!! If a place really deserves a bad review understandable but this Pharmacy & employees do NOT!!!!

I am completely disappointed with the pharmacy staff the lady was rude and unprofessional She has no business working in customer service I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone I am disgusted that it I have to deal with this place at all Need new employees badly.Horrible experience. There is always a problem with filling my prescription. They are saying that the wait would be 6 hours! There is absolutely no reason to be rude im sorry you hate your job, times like these you should be thankful.

I am done with this pharmacy. I can’t stand going to this pharmacy. The pharmacists are horrible. They act like I was inconveniencing them & didn’t want to help me. They were never pleasant or accommodating. Everytime I need a prescription filled there is something keeping them from processing my prescriptions on time. They are never ready on time. I always have to wait at least 45 minutes for medication that should already be filled. They are rude, no customer service, lord help you if you try to get an answer on what the hold up is. I’ve been going to Harris Teeter to fill mine & my families perscriptions for at least 5 years. We all take some sort of medication every month. They simply don’t deserve my business & honestly I’m sure they could care less to keep my business. Very bad!!!

I wish I could give this 0 star! I am completely appalled at the level of unprofessionalism that pharmacist Janice displayed yesterday 4/9. Her behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful. As soon as she picked up the phone, she did not even acknowledge me or let me finish my sentence. She rudely yelled “Date of birth!” over and over until I gave her the date of birth. As a pharmacist, I know how hard it is to multitask. I know sometimes it is easier to search patient by date of birth first. However, there is no reason for me to be treated like that. I could understand if it was a joke but she never said she was joking or even apologized for her rude behavior. No she rudely laughed at me instead. Harris Teeter is a good brand company. It is known for its customer service. It’s unfortunate that they got Janet to represent the pharmacy. In time like this, Janet needs to be thankful that she has a job and eats several humble pies. If she cannot behave professionally, then she has no place in the pharmacy.

Always like it, do not go to other grocery stores around here, they have no quality or good pricing. Avoid Publix, Food Lion and BiLO.

Don't eat the motherf**king sushi, good lord I just projectile vomited for five minutes. It tasted off, so I threw it away, but it still got me. It's a shame, I've always enjoyed their sushi. Also, the olive bar is constantly covered in mold, so I don't know what I was thinking.
