Men's Room had two urinals and one toilet out of order. This left only one toilet available. I would normally not write a review over this except that this is the third Harris Teeter I've been in over the past week and every one of them had significant parts of the Men's room out of order.

I absolutely cringe when my wife tells me to please pick up her prescription from Harris Teeter. I have beg her to use a different pharmacy. My wife's been using them on and off for about three or four years. And it's never a pleasant experience! Like today the drive up was closed due to " staffing issues". When I went in there were four people working in the pharmacy and only one person in front of me. It took me 18 minutes. When I left I looked around and there was four people in line and I just shook my head because I knew they were going to be there for a while. You could also see the frustrations on their face.

We stopped here for a few quick items on the way to dinner. The store is extremely clean and very well stocked and organized! We were easily able to find our items by the signs that were up. The staff welcomed us when we walked in and they were al super friendly at self checkout!

Came to this Harris Teeter for my first COVID shot. The tech was nice. The pharmacist was polite and professional. She was knowledgeable. She answered my questions and didn't make me feel rushed.

I was very, very distressed by my experience today at Harris Teeter. I checked at at cashier #1 Astana with cashier Emily. The photo of the advertised sale taken from their freezer in as not honored at checkout. Even on 3 boxes it rang up $2.49 each. There was a bag boy interfering with Emily .Emily was trying to help me. He told her it was not on sale and not to honor the pricing as advertised within the store.I wonder how many other advertised items are not accurately rung up in the store. Just one wrong item per customer would create hundreds of extra revenue dollars from unsuspecting customers per day. This is a troubling practice at the store.You know I have never heard from this company about my experience. Its been 6 weeks since I was there 4-14-2021

Shakira (cashier) is employee of the month! I went up after having a very stressful weekend and she made me smile! So polite and kind. I always go through the lines at any store over the self checkout’s because of moments like this! Thank you, Shakira, for making me smile. (I was the lady in a hat with 12 cans of cat food and we talked about our love for animals)

The pharmacist Beth is incredibly unprofessional & rude. I was unsatisfied with the lack of empathy that she displayed. Needless to say I was unable to get my prescription filled & had to go to another pharmacy.
