“Frank approached is within seconds of entering into the plumbing aisle, he carried us throughout the store, getting the correct fittings to put us back in business. Thanks Frank!.”
“I am a local deck builder and I switched supply companies 3 years ago and give ALL my business to Decks and Docks. Not only are the guys friendly but they go way beyond customer service providing knowledge of other brands of materials that I am not familiar too.”

“Used to be a Lowes guy, but lately it seems the selection and employee engagement with shoppers is a bit stronger at The Depot. Also, we don't get hassled by employees standing at isle ends trying to sell us something like the other place.”
“Unfortunately they didn't have what I really needed but the gentleman who helped was very nice, friendly and mentioned a few other places that might have what I specifically needed.”

3125 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston“Love shopping at this store. Lowes makes sure employees are on the floor to help customers locate merchandise. Unlike their competitor across the highway, where you have to hunt down an employee to help you find things.”
“I purchased a large sliding door from Southern Lumber. When we installed it, we found a few missing pieces, they were able to get those ordered a replaced immediately and the service was phenomenal! Very happy when a business takes care of their customers after the sale.”
“Quamell got me unloaded very quickly. He took the time to answer all my questions about the strange way the shipper had put in the load. He made sure to understand my concerns about making sure he only took what was for this stop and not was for the next stop. He put down what he was doing to immediately unload the truck. And he answered all my other questions. Very top notch”

All my experiences at this Home Depot have been positive thus far. I've frequented this location as needed for projects.”
“Your employee Bill was excellent help to us today! We bought a grill and propane tank. We had trouble getting the propane and Bill came out and helped us. We really appreciated his help and kind demeanor. Another employee, Walter, was rude and rolled his eyes when we told him we were having trouble. I would advise someone to remind him of decent customer communication.”
“Lots of DIY projects lately. First project to clean up these stools with Home Depot paint. Had them tint one of the wood stains for me (Behr brand) in Atlantic navy. Came out great & I didn't have to sand off the original stain which was a time saver. Second was a blanket ladder. Found some measurements on Pinterest and went to Home Depot for supplies. The guys cut the wood for me which cut down greatly on the time to prepare and assemble.”

“I have had an exceptional experience with Bill at Bird. Through the mess and delays of Covid, he has always pulled through, returned my calls, set my expectations realistically, and delivered every time. Their product selection and customer service is unmatched. I will never go elsewhere. Love Bird and love Bill!”

2008 Magwood Dr, Charleston“As of Tuesday I officially became a first-time home buyer (FTHB as I've been calling myself!) and that means I will be spending a lot of my time at stores with the word "home" in them!!!First up I needed to buy a refrigerator. The Home Depot had deals going on until the end of November, so I wanted to take advantage. When I arrived to the appliance section the girl was helping another customer so I waited. I'd been looking at the fridge online for a couple weeks and knew exactly what I wanted. We got it loaded on her computer and luckily before paying I noticed it wasn't what I wanted! We backed the order out and found exactly what I wanted for the same price and more features. The next day LeeLee called me to let me know a model of my fridge was now on the display floor. So nice of her to take the time to call me as I really wanted to touch it and see it before spending such a large amount of money!Buying a new home is overwhelming. Shopping for things for a new home is overwhelming. I've found that if home stores such as The Home Depot are properly staffed the experience can be way less stressful. Otherwise you will find yourself walking around aimlessly in a warehouse full of very tall rows of LOTS of stuff.”
“The easy always have what I need It's very convenient to my workplace. Mark Brown is a very good manager and is always very helpful when I've seen him. No matter how busy he is. He needs a promotion and a significant raise.”

7554 Northwoods Blvd, Charleston“I have to say, I am normally a Lowes shopper because we don't like the Home Depot in Summerville much. People aren't super helpful there and definitely not friendly. I was hesitant to go to this Home Depot but it's the only place that had something we needed and it was on our way home from downtown. So we stopped. EVERYONE was so super nice and helpful! I wish it wasn't so far away. The people we encountered from a gentleman stocking who knew right away where what we were looking for was, to the people at the self check out. There were like 3 people at the self check out and 2 that were at the other counter that all were so very friendly. That has changed how I feel about Home Depot. I'm glad it was the only place that had what we needed. Keep being awesome!”
“I went in to True Value today to get a part for my broken birdfeeder. I brought the broken feeder in with me to show the type of cord that I needed to replace. I expected to buy the cord and fix the feeder myself, but Caleb at True Value fixed it for me without me even asking. He spent 15 or 20 minutes assisting me and actually had to use several tools I don't have at home. He even re-did part of the job to make sure it was perfect, not just acceptable. End result? My bird feeder is sturdier now than before it broke! One project crossed off the to-do list.... for a grand total of $2.18!! You just don't get this kind of service at the big-box stores. I will definitely be coming back here.(As an added bonus, I found Jesus at True Value also. Well.... Jesus kind of found me. He's the store's cat!!)”
