Horrible experience getting fishing license young boy did not do the job correctly cannot get a hard copy of card from store over the website the South Carolina wildlife will not help either very disappointed in the whole place never go back to the store again ?

I have been going to Haddrells since the mid/late 90's, unfortunately over the past few years I have seen the customer service really deteriorate. Haddrells is one of the few "local" shops left in town, one would think they would want to make their customers feel appreciated instead of making them feel like a burden/inconvenience to their day. I came in to pick up a few things yesterday and the older gentleman was very cold and unwelcoming. This has been a trend over the years. I have experienced poor treatment multiple times before by different associates at both locations. I used to make an extra effort to support local shops and pay a little extra for the "customer service", but since pleasant experiences are fewer and futher between at Haddrells, I'll be taking my business to the countless tackle outfits online...even they have better customer service, it's a shame really.

Came in looking to fit my penn International 50s with heavier than usual line . Jake helped with making the right line choices and spooling both reels. Everything you need for deep sea offshore trolling they have here! Definitely recommended!
