This was a good place for my daughter to shop. We spent some fun times in here while shopping in Charleston. Per my daughter "yes, it's a great place to shop. I like it a lot!"My son apparently liked trying on the sunglasses too.

Beautiful location but more importantly the STAFF are amazing! I’m 7 months pregnant and I was able to leave my bags at the cash register while I shop. One girl started a dressing room for me and kept coming back to unload my handfuls of clothes often.They helped by getting a few different sizes while I was in the dressing room and complimented me to the heavens. I felt great leaving that store! They also have the personalities of angels and have such a warm and inviting aura…. It makes you want to shop there even more!It’s funny how Franchescas almost no matter which location you go to, they always seem to find the most helpful, nice, inviting staff out there! They must have great benefits and a family team like work environment! Otherwise I don’t see how they have such amazing employees ❤️I forget their names but it was all 3 girls working September 8th (my birthday) ?**pic in the outfit they graciously let me wear out of the store to head to my birthday dinner at Charleston grille right down the road **

We’re in store around 6:45 and had found several things to try on. At 6:50 we’re told the store was closing. I had about 5 things to try on and a few I had in other colors so I definitely would have purchased but felt rushed and pointed that I needed to leave. Several other customers were shooed out as well. The interaction was rude and I felt my business wasn’t wanted. Would not visit this location again.

I found some clothing options for my wife that I thought were cute. The quality of the clothing isn't top of the line, but decent enough I suppose.I'll also mention that I don't really appreciate some of the vulgarity on their novelty items.

The staff was so incredible and helpful! The young girl engaged to in conversation with me and also showed me a few of her favorite pieces in the store. She sold me on everything she showed me! Also such a cute store with a lot of trendy clothes and accessories!

My wife and I visited this store while in town for the weekend and had a great experience with the helpful staff. I'm a dude with no sense of style so I was very happy that the staff in this store were super helpful. They helped my wife find a new style and I left with a huge bill but a happy wife. Mission accomplished. Highly recommend.

A lovely store that always has a great sales section and the employees always greet you when you come in and are upbeat and helpful. Possibly my favorite store downtown.

I stopped in an hour before close on July 22. I think the sales associate who helped me was named Caitlyn (?). She was very accommodating and gracious and helped me find a few dresses for a night out in Charleston. The store itself has very beautiful clothes, shoes, and jewelry. I wish I wasn't in such a rush so I could have tried on a few more items. I bought a dress, heels, and earrings for $100. Not bad for a whole outfit! Thanks Caitlyn and Francesca's!
