Great customer service, and framing was completed on time. They do have the capability and knowledge to correctly and securely frame deep and heavy items such as public safety badges and patches.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This was the worst customer service experience I've had in recent memory. I went to pick up my document and it was framed in an entirely different frame than the one I selected. The staff gave me several different versions of why this happened. The owner herself was in the store and literally waved me away as an annoyance. She gave an "85% certainty" guarantee of remedying the situation. They were able to order the correct frame but again gave another fabrication of why the wrong frame was originally used. Halfhearted apology and eye roll included. I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The job took much longer than they originally told me. When I called to check in after 3 weeks of no communication I was told to not call them, they would call me. Also that I should be happy they were able to accommodate such a big piece of art for such a low price. I felt like a bother to them as soon as I walked in the door. I would not recommend this shop.
