Old store, needs renovation and lower prices. They are expensive on some things. Restroom needs updates also

Nice, clean, well stocked, and nicely organized shelves and displays. However, occasionally, the produce leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the best prices in the area. Tasty wing bar at lunchtime. Nearly all the employees I passed greeted me.

Food Lion is my favorite Supermarket! It's not too big\small. I like the quality of the meats. It's not a Mega Store like Walmart. Food Lion reminds me of the Old Fashioned supermarkets like in the Good 'ol days.

Normally is a great store to shop. As of late, not so much. 2 cashier's working lines of 15 people, buggies or more. Word has it that manager cutting full time employees hours to improve on his upcoming bonus. Won't shop there until problem is corrected. Had to leave buggy with meat sitting in the isle after a 15 minute wait and still 12 buggies in front of me. Let it rot!
