First, they lost half our flooring. We waited an hour dealing with entitled attitudes until they finally got a manager, who found it in seconds.
Then they drove a forklift into my truck, damaging it. They insisted they aren't liable and refused to do anything about it.
Finally, the pallet wasn't packed properly and it fell apart while driving home. Several boxes fell off onto the road.
Don't do business with this place.

I'm glad a lot of folks have had some success with this company, I have not. We had plans to remodel all three of our bathrooms but working with F&D and their installation team has been undesirable at best. No shows, no call backs, voice mails ignored, way too much hassle to pay them money to buy product and install. Moving on.
Update 10-22. After emails from the company that handles the negative Google reviews for F&D promising me that F&D will reach out to me to discuss my concerns, nothing, absolutely nothing from the F&D team. To top it off, the they sent me an email saying that F&D reached out to me and I was satisfied with their resolution. What a load of crap. Back to the big box stores!

Worked with Katy from the design center, could NOT be more pleased! She made the process of choosing ALL my tile and marble for FOUR bathrooms a breeze! I have been to Melcer tile AND Palmetto, both VERY overpriced and the customer service was NOT GOOD. They were NOT very interested in helping me with my projects, which made me stress out! So I'm VERY grateful I ended up at Floor and Decor! Same product, better price and customer service by Katy was phenomenal!!!!!

I do not usually post reviews but i had to this time around. Because Floor and Decor Manager Markus Ross and the Pro’s team ( Debbie). Were extremely helpful with resolving a huge issue that I was dealing with. I purchased a large amount of flooring last year and their ex employee sold me the wrong underlayment that caused my floors to buckle and i had to remove the flooring I installed and the original floor so I was living in a mess walking on concrete for months. The store manager came through for me and my family and i was able to install new floors. Thank you for understanding and helping. We are forever grateful

OMG what a great help we got from Jade Cruz who helped us find and buy 900 square feet of hardwood flooring! The store is huge with lots of inventory but Jade ushered us directly to the product we wanted and made our purchase decision easy and efficient! This is a great store and Jade made it fantastic! Highly recommend because of her expertise.

Shopped there today for new flooring and back splash ideas. They have a wonderful selection of flooring from pure hardwood to vinyl and all in between. The rep that helped us, Joanie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, much more so than I got from Lowes. Their prices were competitive with Lowes. They had nearly every displayed style on hand unlike Lowes where a lot must be ordered. They had a HUGE selection of tiles and other options for back splash or tiled flooring as most can be used for both. I recommend a trip to see them instead of Lowes or Home Depot.

I will NEVER recommend doing business here ever to anyone. The store employees are helpful, the products seem like they’re all good enough options. But if you EVER have to order something “special order” to go with the flooring you picked out, just go ahead and pick out a different flooring type. It has been 12 weeks since I ordered some trim to match my floors and there hasn’t been a single update unless I reach out and spend 30 minutes on the phone to find out. Only to be told it’ll be a few more days/weeks/whatever. Then when the item is supposed to BE AT MY HOME, I’m being told it was just shipped that day and not its arrival date-but they don’t have any idea as to when it’ll get there, could be another 28 days. I’ll NEVER do business here again, it’s such a sham of a business.
