Finn's car wash has really detonated since AAA sold the car wash. My last visit on Monday July 8th the entire vacuum system was down and has not been working for a white. While going through the wash itself one of the large cleaning brushes on the drivers side was not working at all so my car was not cleaned. I pay for a membership to use these car washes that I can not use now. The location does not seem to have any management and can not answer any questions about when it will be fixed.

Came by this evening for a wash, but mainly needed to use vacuums. No vacuums were working- they were totally off. I asked if I could get a credit for a future visit and got a very curt no. They apparently had a small sign by the entrance handwritten in sharpie advising vacuums were not working that I missed. Will not return.

The staff in generally not very helpful, but today I was very disrespected by a woman who works there. She waved her hand at me to leave when I was voicing my concern. She didn't want to hear what I had to say and her coworker didn't try to make it any better.

It's a subscription based car wash. It's not that great but gives you a good rinse. You get what you pay for which isn't necessarily a knock on value.

Terrible!! We spent $24 for nothing.... car got out the machine in the same dirty condition. I do not recommend it. Poor service, vacuum with no power, it was the worst experience with car washing services.

I'm very appreciative of the service at Fins Car Wash on Savannah Highway. This past Thursday, I stopped in at Fins to run my car through the wash, and I forgot to remove a magnet from the back of my car before heading into the cycle. I realized it was missing at the vacuum station, so I asked about it. Both gentlemen running the business that day were very helpful. They didn't reprimand me for not removing. They both tried to locate it. The one very kind gentleman offered me another similar magnet that had been lost, and eventually located mine, AND tracked me down as I was leaving to return it . Thanks so much for the attention to customer satisfaction.

Didn’t wash car good at all. Had to complain and be allowed to run the car through a second time for free. Tires still not clean. Free vacuums with very little suction. Avoid.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about fins. I would send people there all the time. Between my last two visits the express wash went up 40% from five dollars to seven dollars there hasn’t been 40% inflation ever this is just gouging what used to be a good dealis now just marginal at best.

A quick wash but 4 negatives: wash did not remove most dirt; 3 vacuum stations I tried did not work and the 4th one the hose separated from the cleaning head; I paid for Wax option but the results were poor; there was only 1 shared glass and no vinyl trim cleaner. I would recommend going elsewhere
