So I had my vent about how bad the service was at this store with the staff busy looking with their phone. With one particular staff making sure he had his CBS Sports browser up before he put my transaction through. I got home and realised that he gave me 2 different types of shoes and both the right shoes. How can this be fixed when I am no longer in the USA? I am so annoyed as this was a present. If I didn't have time constraints, I would have looked and bought elsewhere.

The store is closed at 8:30 pm even though the hours say 9 PM. Very disappointing the manager just looked at us through the door

I wanted to share my experience on Feb 1 at 4 pm at a JD Sport Location in the Tangler OutletWe loved this store but so disappointedMy 10 year old son wanted nike socks we found them he was super excitedMarked at 22.00 there were at least 50 pairs marked the same we were never greeted or asked if we need help but we found what we were looking forWe get ro the register and two people were on the computer and finally acknowledged we were waiting to check outThe lady scanned the socks and told me the total was $32I said that can’t be the socks are $22She said no there has been a price change and we haven’t updated yetThe price is $28Can you manager honor the price on the tag of $22Manager came out he said he could not honorStore manager came out he says he can not honorI am so disappointed why wouldn’t you mark the socks before the store opensOr take it to the warehouse and mark it before you put it on the floorMost important why wouldn’t you honor the tagged priceIs there other things that is incorrectWe went to famous footwear a few stores down they had the same socks at $22 and you get a 2nd pair for half off

Don’t order off of their website it’s better to go in person. Long shipping time and this is what I got when I finally got my order! Two different shoes!! ??? The worst customer service as well

I just want to thank the workers that were working on the night of February 17, 2023. These people saved our lives by letting us into their store after we heard a couple gun shots close by. So, THANK YOU to these amazing people❤️!!!

Walk in and there was three employees just sitting thier on there phone and not one single person say hey or welcome in. Actually I even had one walk in the back as soon as I walk in. I have Never felt disrespected like that and won’t be walking back in anytime soon. About ten minutes in a guy finally decided to put his phone down and talk to me and told me they don’t get anything new in and kinda walk away after that. They all legit were on their phones completely ignoring me and anyone else who walk in. They were not even doing work. Felt like they didn’t even wanna be thier and I was a bother to them as a customer to be in the store so I decided to walk out and not buy anything. Wanted some Nike shirts and would have spent money but not in that store.

Visited the Charleston store on 9/21/2021. The employee was very rude. Felt like I was bothering her by asking for a shoe in my size. I then asked if I could order it in store and have it shipped to me and she basically told me to go do it myself. The worst part is she was orienting someone new who actually had better customer service etiquette and apologized on her behalf.

I was the only person in the store for 10 minutes and no one (3 workers on the floor) greeted me or asked if I needed help, so I spent my money elsewhere.
