wish I could write a favorable review BUT, took my truck in 3 weeks ago. Was told I'd have the estimate by the next day. Called back a few days later, was told the estimator was out of the office & my estimate would be emailed by the end of that day. Haven't heard from them since ? smells of disorganization !

Fantastic customer service. I had the opportunity to work with Chris on my truck. From explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, to working diligently to get a part I needed. I’m happy to say I have found my go-to shop.

They did the assessment of my car following an accident. Unfortunately it ended up being a total loss but every time I had to organize anything or deal with them everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were able to get my car scheduled into a busy calendar weeks before anyone else I called to which I really appreciate as well.

Had my car for damn near a month, I wasn’t informed about the delays. My car looks nice, however, they left a bright yellow sticker part that is visible and my car is now infested with ants. I’m the only one who is in my vehicle. I detailed it myself prior too getting in my accident. I had my car for a couple weeks and just noticed. I don’t commute anywhere differently, I just go to work and home and don’t leave no food in my vehicle. They only explain for this is my car sitting on their lot for weeks !

Classic Collision was actually not able to help me with my repairs, but, unlike another body shop in the area, was kind enough to get in touch with the insurance company and figure out what was going on that kept me running in circles to find a shop that could do my repairs. Thank you Cylie! (I hope I spelled your name right. :-)

All I can say is we got white glove treatment from Day one till the car was delivered back FLAWLESSLY!!! Adam at Classis is one of the best people I have ever worked with, period! Our son is a Cadet at The Citadel in Charleston and got into a "fender bender", being from NJ we didn't know who to go to in Charleston. Through a friend we were recommended to Classic and we were at ease from day one. The communicated and kept us up to date the entire time and delivered his car back as good as new. Their prices were MORE than reasonable and the quality of their work was amazing....car came back yesterday looking like it came off the showroom floor.

Just had my Honda Pilot repaired here. They did an awesome job!!! Many years ago, I had my Honda Accord repaired here as well... Same experience! Everyone was extremely nice and they kept me updated about my vehicle repair process every step of the way. I am well pleased with the work.
