I was very satisfied and happy with the end results of my extensive & challenging truck repair. Some parts took awhile to receive but not their fault and they always kept me updated. They covered details I never would have expected, it was like they were working on their own vehicle. Customer service from liaison
Justine was outstanding, it has to be perfect for her before it's delivered to the customer, that's hard to come by. Glad I choose Classic Collision

Greetings are always friendly. They keep you updated on the progress of estimates and repairs. They kept my insurance company updated. I cannot rate their body work because my car was totaled and wasn’t repaired.

I had just dropped my child off at school when I heard a hissing sound coming from my tire. The pressure in my tire was draining quickly and I luckily was able to find Classic Collision off Clements Ferry. Although, they don't technically have mechanics, Alex took the time to help locate the leak and patch it. Alex and his team at CC are life-savers! I cant say enough kind-words. Thank you for going above and beyond for a mom in distress! *****

I didn’t end up taking my car to this shop for insurance reasons, but Justine really helped me out and was extremely friendly. I appreciate this place a lot for helping me out, they put a full crash wrap on my broken back windshield for free. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs fast, friendly, and helpful service.

I took my SUV in to be repaired in Nov. Initially everyone was helpful and I received my car back within a few weeks, however it is now April and I am still waiting for an additional part. Everytime I make a call I am told "I will check on that and give you a call back". They never call back. I call every two weeks to try and get things settled and the full repair done on my car. The company has had a turnover of employees and each one seems to not be able to fully handle their job or follow through. Not happy with my experience.

Justine and the rest of the staff at Classic Collision on Clements Ferry went out of their way to work with us quickly on the repair of a dent on the back door of my vehicle. The job was done in a timely manner and they were courteous, friendly and great customer service.

I lucked out when I accidentally ran across this location. Justine, Brandon, & Keith really treated me well & I felt appreciated as a customer. They got my job done very quickly. As an added bonus, I was given a free car wash & vacuum before I left. I highly recommend the Marina Dr location. Very friendly & professional.

They went out of their way to assist me when I was unable to find a ride home. Michelle was fantastic and rode with me on her lunch break to ensure I was taken care of. Would recommend these fine folks to anyone in need of quality service requested. They will be working with me on my insurance claim due to damage from a storm as it crushed my hood and broke my headlight and side view mirror as well as dinted my trunk and broke my taillight...

Very professional and helpful even tho my car was ultimately considered a total loss they were very kind and considerate and the customer service was the best I've ever had at a repair shop !!
