I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. I assume that their primary function is to serve CofC and its students, but as a resident their shipping department has been able to receive and ship my packages on time, and I've had exceptional experiences with their printing department. If you go by the online delivery times alone, it may seem like they will miss your printing window if you're in an urgent rush, but if you call the location and explain your needs, the friendly staff behind the desk are reasonable and ready to help. Always so kind and helpful! I print a lot of marketing materials and this team always gets them ready for me so quickly- even when I am overloading them with orders. Thank you for all of your hard work!

My package is now marked as "refused by recipient" which is funny because I am the recipient and they haven't even come to my home yet. I have called twice. Was told that they have put my order as urgent since we paid for overnight. On the phone I was told the local facility would call me back because it is marked urgent. But they closed for the night without calling. And have now found out they marked it to be returned. What is the deal with this poor excuse for a facility

Worst customer service and disinterested staff.. I needed to send an urgent document, but I couldn't... I had never heard before that I require a Fedex number associated with my credit card to do shipments...I had to go to the UPS and in 30 seconds they attended me fast and friendly.Never going to this location again

Allie helped me ship something out (not sure if it’s Alli or Ally)! But she was seriously amazing. She made the process really smooth and easy! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a shipping center! If you go here definitely try to get her to help you out! 10/10

Every time I go in here I’m barely acknowledged, have to ask for help and am rudely spoken to by all the staff. They have no concern for the customer experience or for customers time.

Dropped a phone to return and the $1200 phone is “lost”. Minimal help from this office in trying to track it. Leaving the responsibility to us to find the package ! FedEx says the package hasn’t left that facility. It’s been 11 days.

I was having printer problems and needed headshots for an event. I walked in and someone was ready and eager to assist. The staff was kind and personable. I was expecting to have to wait to get my prints but they handled my order immediately and I didn't have to wait or come back to pick them up. I would highly recommend their services.
