Dan and the folks at Europro were fantastic. They helped solve a very difficult fuel component problem on a classic Land Rover when others couldn't get it running. They were knowledgeable, reliable and willing to put in a lot of extra work to give a classic car a new lease on life. Very fortunate to have a shop like theirs in Charleston.

I recently took my LR4 to EuroPro of Charleston for service, replacements, and a tint job, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Throughout the entire process, their communication was exceptional—they were reachable via phone, email, and SMS, keeping me well-informed at every step. They were also accommodating with my schedule and promptly addressed any concerns I had.
As a Rover enthusiast for over 20 years with several Rovers under my belt, I had previously relied solely on dealership services. However, after relocating to the area and being referred to EuroPro, I discovered that I could receive the same level of service without the dealership prices. Dan and Kenize are truly top-notch professionals.
Additionally, their tint shop did a fantastic job on my LR4. The tinting is impeccable and enhances both the appearance and comfort of the vehicle.
EuroPro of Charleston has earned my trust and loyalty, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable and affordable service for their Land Rover.

Having just moved down to Charleston and having just started a new job I didn't have time for my X5 to break down. Within a day Europro diagnosed the issues, introduced solutions and had me back on the road immediately. They did what several other shops were not willing to do. I can't thank them enough.

Let me say that I have no idea who is writing these great reviews however let me state my wife & I experience with the service we had with EuroPro Charleston, SC. I sent an email with photos showing leaks looking for someone to repair her Range Rover at the local repair places. It was showing low coolant. Dan replied back via email (see below) I will point out this was a strange recommendation below.
Here is his part of his email;
In my humble opinion, I have a few recommendations?
If you are handy with a pressure washer, it would be helpful to get a clear picture by cleaning the underside of the engine. This way you, or a repair shop of your choice, would be able to differentiate between an old mess or a new problem.
I asked him why he would recommend taking a pressure washer to a motor or any motor that has so many electronics even under the hood. Upon fallow up phone call, he wanted to redact that part. We still gave him the benefit of the doubt and we proceeded without pressure washing the motor. He made us wait over 34 days to bring it in we were okay with this. They were going to do a test on the coolant pressure to inform us of what needed to be repaired. Let me also state that the car estimate was completed on the next day of however I had to contact them to find out what the cost was. They do not like speaking on the phone however Dan enjoys texting. I felt like I was dating again LOL throughout the entire time to picking the Rover up. Maybe why they should consider spending less time texting and a few seconds speaking to someone. This is just great business advice.
They diagnosed the issue and we got the vehicle estimate it was a lot of money $1330.55 to replace a hose. Supposedly 6 hours of labor at $155.99 an hour. Mind you 3.5 hours to change a hose. (I said a hose) they claimed another 2.5 hours for AC that had to be removed and a test of new coolant totaling 6 hours it should have been $935.94 however we paid more than that, we ended up paying for 6.78 hours and our invoice is showing $1,058.87 for the labor (SO NOT 6 hours). They also made some recommendations of what needed to be repaired in the future and they provided us with a photo of the brake pump that was leaking oil. We approved the estimate.
We came in the following Monday since they close Saturday & Sunday must be nice to have a business like this. Upon checking, in we asked Dan the cost for the part & repair hours for the brake pump, and they recommended that needed repairing then Dan said "the part is unavailable you will have to go to the dealer". I did not expect that since I had already looked up the part online it was available in at least 10 places. I placed the order we got a brand new part in less than 2 days. The red flags kept coming. In proceeding I knew we needed to see the repair first. However like most car repair shops pay first. We did NOT we had them bring it and show us the part the old hose and verified the work. While checking I noticed the hood was not closed so I looked under the hood to make sure all was well, sure enough, it was not. While everyone was busy eating Bojangles including Dan who decided to leave me by myself and go back inside while my wife waited inside for me to give her the thumbs up, I then tried closing the hood and noticed they bent the latch, then I went back inside to let Dan know he comes out yelling at me and takes the latch and tries bending back and slams the hood down.....! Needless to say, I was not expecting that. My wife comes out after watching all of this and says are you not going to replace the part he yells at her and says NO. We are both freaking out thinking if he did this what happened to the actual repair is everything else the same? We paid the invoice.
My wife is still very upset about the hood latch thus far 10 emails asking, him to do the right thing.Dan even sent one back blaming me by saying I caused it all.How unprofessional can you be?You would think any

Dan is incredibly helpful and friendly and has given me a great experience at Europro over the years. I had an old 2000 Mercedes that they did work on years back, and when it finally hit a point of no return on expenses a few weeks ago, Dan very kindly gave his time answering any questions I have asked him about prospective other cars I've been looking into and red flags to look out for or models to avoid. As a young female on a tight budget, I have really appreciated his time and willingness to help even outside of fixing my car. Since I'm staying in the German family with my next car, I can definitely say Europro will be my first visit for any maintenance or repair needs!

The display in my Benz went out after I replaced the battery. I took it to them, suspecting that I had an electrical issue. They called me 2 days later and confirmed that I had an electrical issue- And recommended that I take it to the Mercedes dealer. $170 diagnostic fee and $56 for 2 Uber rides. Not the best way to spend $226.
