Horrible customer service. I asked for assistance in the dressing room and the salespeople looked at me like I was crazy. When I left the room, they were on their phones - even the “manager.” Disappointing as this could be a great place.

I was in Charleston for a short business trip and had a few hours of free time. I walked a few retail stores on King street. Most of them were not my style so I looked up consignment stores in the area. I am so glad I stopped by Ensemble! This store rivals my favorites in San Francisco! The store is very well organized, clean and--hey--I like the scent. I tried on a lot of items and came away with 5 beautiful pieces. 2 skirts were on the expensive side ($200) but were soooooo unique and luxury brands! I love, love, love them! I also bought 3 tops that were $39-$75 and fantastic. One top even goes well with one of the skirts. For the naysayers on prices, I suggest looking up the brands online for retail prices and you will see the value you are getting with consignment shopping. Clara was great too :)

Literally love EVERYTHING in this place!! The girls are so helpful and knowledgeable of everything fashion and what’s trending! Every time I need an outfit especially for a special occasion I immediately go to Ensemble and let them dress me from head to toe! 10/10 recommend.

Local gal here, & so happy this fab consignment store is here ! Much needed as varied selection of styles & price's & occasion . Higher end designer at super prices- From dress to fun outfits , cocktail, & Charleston Day to Eve charm clothing , footwear & accessories! Kay was exceptional in customer service & clothing knowledge - love to walk in & be called by my name ?- Will be there often for new treasures ! Great vibe too - go gals!

I’m not sure why the shop gets complaints on price— I found a SALONI dress for $60! The higher end items are priced very competitively and they have a wide selection. Saw Zimmerman dresses for under $200, so I’ll definitely come back!

Came here and honestly they had a great selection and friendly staff. The prices are a bit out rageous (but it is Charleston - a known touristy area and well off locals so I understand they need to make a profit). However I found some cute pieces I had in my hand to purchase but unfortunately decided not to after seeing an item in the store going for roughly $98 and a brand new one was going for $110. Might as well pay a little extra to get the brand new item on the original website. ?♀️ Im sure I will be back but hoping to leave with items that are worth the purchase.

Kay was an absolute delight! She was attentive, collected the clothes as I picked them out and gave feedback as I asked about fit. Once I went into the dressing room, she had organized the clothes: skirts together, dresses together, and took it amongst herself to add a top to try on with the skirts, added a belt, and then checked on me regularly. Her opinion was honest and her enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air compared to most of retail experiences I have these days. I walked away with four high quality outfits that I look forward to wearing.

Love this store!! My friend and I are visiting from Austin. So many cute boutiques on King St but this was our favorite. Kay was amazing! She helped us for over an hour and had such a great energy about her. It is evident she loves her job. Please open a store in Austin!!!
