These types of stores are everywhere these days.People my age used to call these "head shops." No idea why...But if you know what head shops are, this is what they evolved into.Anyways. This place has a more unique and frankly professional and knowledgeable approach than most. Very clean, open, designed little shop. It manages to have a efficient use for products, plus a couple tables and chairs.Anthony was extremely helpful. I respect people who know what they are doing, and also keep current with this fast fluctuating type of business.As I said there are many such stores now. But this place was different. I would recommend this place over most I frequent.I believe there is a sister store by Bees Ferry Rd. Same people run that this store, so I suspect it is similarly exceptional.Bottom line. Probably the nicest little vape shop in town.Peace n love.

Really disappointed with this place. Was pretty excited to find a shop so close to my house. I bought an Urb disposable device from here (which I’ve been using for a while now and have never had an issue with any Urb vape). Normally pay $39.99 for these always, Ecig retailed this at $65. I thought it was a lot more than what Im used to paying but due to how close the location of the shop is to me, I decided I’d give them a chance. I didn’t open my device right away, waited 2 weeks cause I was still finishing up another one. (This I can take responsibility for) but I stored my vape, still in its originally packaging in my room, away from heat and sunlight. When I opened my device, two weeks later it was hard to hit. When I finally got airflow, it oozed hot wax at me and emptied just about half of the little tank. The button never came back up and the wax burnt me pretty bad. I decided I go back in to tell them what happened and pretty much was told that there was nothing that could be done to help me and instructed I come back to talk to the manager about it.During my time waiting to talk to someone, another customer (who was smarter than me) purchased and opened what was another faulty device. Luckily, he was able to have his device replaced but not without first consulting the manager whom was not present by phone. This is pretty awful customer service. I haven’t had an experience ever where I was expected to keep my defected purchase of anything anywhere. Let’s see how my experience with the manager goes tomorrow.

I think this particular ecig store is way better than the others tht are popping up. The staff are really friendly and the idea that they can mix you a vape designed especially for you, by you, is incredible.

Modern vape is better in the sense it has more choices and variety when it comes to devices and juices. But Ecig employees are a bit more knowledgeable.
