Racist, nasty establishment,
I walked in after leaving the planet fitness that is in the same complex. I had in a mini adidas bookbag (equivalent to the size of a women’s clutch pocketbook) which contained my wallet and car keys. The white cashier literally yelled as I walked in “You can’t have that, people steal”. I asked “have what?” She stated “the bookbag, you can leave it on the floor” it was so demeaning and rude but I do not like confrontation so I obliged. After I checked out I confronted the cashier and let her know, you are employed in an African American neighborhood and if you feel this uncomfortable around us, you need a new job. She stated “it’s just policy, I’m not racist”. She needs to be fired. I reported this to corporate, they gave me a claim number and promised to call me…I have yet to hear from them.

Service was horrible. I stood in line to be checked out with 3 items for about 10 mins. Only two other people ahead also waiting. The cashier is browsing behind the counter for $5 off coupons to check out another customer. I understand she wanted to be generous, but not when you have a line of people ready to get out the store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Jermaine (the new store Mgr aka the flavor of the month since they can't keep a Mgr there) has such a bad attitude and is so disrespectful and disgusting to customers. He makes everyone feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome there. It would be great if he were just a bad phase that the store was going through.

Those “in store pics” are not our DG it looks totally different and not in a good way. The people who work their are nice and need a raise but you never know the true hours of the store because of short staffing.

3:14 pm om a thursday.. sign on the door says close for 1 hour.. door lock..stock still outside.. no one in sight, looks like open house for a thief... multiple customers check door and drives..as for me it was just a waste of time and gas driving to this store, no worries tho.. I WONT BE BACK, can't take that chance of them not being open again.

I've read the other reviews. I can agree to the most recent ones. HorribleIt's sad when a store manager is so rude and makes shopping there such an uncomfortable experience, that you end up choosing to shop elsewhere just to avoid dealing with her. I really liked this store but I'll pass. She isn't cut out for this position. Too bad corporate can't see just how many people her unprofessionalism is chasing away. She's costing the company money.
