Just wanted to take a moment and shout out Tyler B. who works here! He was amazing to work with. Not only did he keep me constantly updated with the progress of my car but also made me feel like his top priority! Was quoted a 2 weeks turn around and he had it done in a week. I will absolutely continue working with them in the future.

The staff at Rick Hendrick Luxury collision could not have been more helpful when working to have my car repaired after an accident. My insurance company was an absolute pain, but Justin and his team were patient and consistently followed up with the insurance company (and communicated with me) to make sure repairs were done correctly to their high standards and to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

I went in for a license plate adjustment and Justin and Abby were so great. They got me in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend this shop I will be back with any other issues I have with my car.

Hendrick is the best place within 100 miles to take your vehicle after an accident. Top notch. Professional. Great people. Keep you informed. And they do work that is remarkably beautiful and precision oriented. Tyler is superb at his craft. Taylor was very communicative and kept me well informed. Pros all the way around!

Very professional team! Kept me informed of the status of the repairs. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I couldn’t be more pleased with the completed repairs. I would highly recommend them for vehicle body repairs and painting.

If I could give 20 stars I would!! I was in an accident and took my car in to be worked on. Unfortunately my car was a total loss and it was very emotional for me. Abby Kerns was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond giving wonderful ideas and advice. She even retrieved a CD that was left in the car in the nick of time before it was hauled away!! Also would love to give Martha Hayes a shout out for being so helpful when I first dropped the car off!!

Abby was great. She communicated everything clearly and always explained how she was going to help expedite the process and keep cost down. She never over-promised but she did always over-deliver. Can’t speak more highly of her and her expertise in repairs, but also in her incredible ability to work with State Farm’s slimy estimator. This place is really the best in town, hands down, and Abby was a real gem.
