They’ve sent me to Walgreen’s more than once because they were out of whatever prescription I needed to pick up. They text and say they’re working on it, but never text to say it’s out of stock, so you go all the way over there and they fart around for 15 minutes and then tell you to go to Walgreen’s.
They’ve also sent me home with the wrong prescription and yelled at me when I returned it.

I'm loathe to blame the employees, they're likely understaffed and underpaid, but I had to contact other CVSs than my own in Goose Creek because my medication was only in stock at either the Dorchester Rd or East Montague locations and they said I had to talk to them on the phone to verify they were in stock. I sat on hold for 20 minutes for each location before hanging up. I like my local CVS but I can see why these other two locations average 1-2 stars. So I either wait and just not get my medication (not really an option) or I call Walgreens. If it's due to the short staff, I feel for them. CVS needs to do better. I never got far enough to experience the poor customer service that most of the other reviewers seem to have had.

I waited for their conversation so they can enjoy themselves. They don't pay attention to you at all. Then after 20 minutes you can contact them. I asked one question if they had a specific medicine, to which she told me to step aside while she served the client who was behind me. Is this some kind of respect? why should I wait?

I bought two Vanilla Visa gift, one for $ 50.00 and another one for $ 100.00. The first one worked without problems, but the second one, the one which was supposed to have $ 100.00 has 0 balance without been used. I called the number on of the back of the card, no help at all, call center in India or Bangladesh, did not provide any kind of help. Three different operators gave me the same non working phone number for customer services. I called CVS customer help line, did no help at all, once the card is sold, the company has not responsibility. It sells a gift card known for been faulty and bad customers services. I whish I had read the reviews on line before buying the gift card. I will not buy another gift card from CVS again, and I will share my story with family and friends, so they do not end having the same issue.

One star is more than they deserve. They are rude and have bad customer service skills. It takes a minimum of 2.5 hors for every prescription no matter how small or simple. Get attitude with you on the phone especially the front counter. I don't shop there by choice. I shop there only bc of the circumstances imposed upon me such as health, healthcare, and health insurance. Bottom line is this place sucks. Big ?

I came in grabbing things to help my wife who was feeling quite ill. Found a product we wanted and surprised it was also on a BOGO free. Went and asked the clerk if it was a thing that I might get this deal still. She walked me through the rainy day kinda check thing. It was a difficult day and she made it incredibly easy. She was very friendly and efficient and really just took some stress of my situation. I was trying to leave a review via the cvs survey but so many steps that end with more emails I gotta delete later. Anyway, Tyrie is the reason you visit this CVS.
