Over the 12 years that I have shopped at the Dorchester store the staff has become less qualified and rude. Terrible turnover. Today the store is closed with no reason???

I waited for their conversation so they can enjoy themselves. They don't pay attention to you at all. Then after 20 minutes you can contact them. I asked one question if they had a specific medicine, to which she told me to step aside while she served the client who was behind me. Is this some kind of respect? why should... read full comment
