Rude, unavailable staff, pharmacy does not answer its phone, store is filthy. I dread going there so much that I will be driving out of my way to get my prescription needs met elsewhere.

If I could give the pharmacy zero I would. The head pharmacist, Tara, is rude & dismissive. They don't notify customers when they are out of stock, offer no alternatives or suggestions. We literally live in Harbor Woods (walking distance) and drive to Dottie's. Not only has she been rude and unhelpful to me, my husband has walked in and heard her talking about and laughing at another customer. Horrible customer service / started filling a 30 day prescription broken into 4 separate refills- making me come up there every 7 days because of "insurance". Never had this problem before and miraculously do not have ANY issues with Dottie's. CVS corporate needs to seriously look into the lack of professionalism at this location

Worst cvs experience I've had, Every time I come in this store the manger follows me around like I'm about to steal. This time I come in to grab a couple items and the manger (I think) comes around the corner with a attitude with me and threatening to kick me out over nails, she then follows me to the register yelling across the store at me. Her other coworker had to direct her the other way because of how she was acting. I will Never be coming back to this cvs.

I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping at a CVS. I don't know if he is a manager or just wants to be one, but a man named Peter that works here put his hands on a young child, restrained him and accused him of stealing. I saw this all happen and the child was not stealing anything. He was picking items up off the shelf and placing them back after he was done. Something I think is typical of a child to do in a store. This man should be ashamed of himself to put his hands on someone's child the way he did. If I were that parent, I would press charges against Peter for this. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want your children safe, don't take them to this establishment.

The people in the pharmacy are SO RUDE. I have been treated with such disrespect and downright rudeness for no reason on too many occasions that I am finally fed up enough to leave a negative review. We use this pharmacy purely out of convenience but today is the last time.

Was disappointed my wife who needed insulin was kept waiting 30 minutes because the 1 pharmacist was busy. She had not had insulin for 36 hours. The pharmacists did get excited when I shared this fact with her and that I was displeased she was kept waiting so long!

Everyone is great - except Peter. Have had multiple horrible run-ins with him. Most recent experience: He refuses to let you see printed photos before purchasing. When photos came out blurry and discolored he refused to refund me and instead said he would “tear them up in front of (me).” Super poor attitude and customer service on various occasions from Peter.
