Highly recommend! Al runs his business as a man of integrity with incredible knowledge and skills. He was reasonable compared to many other shops, and he made sure I was nothing but satisfied with his work. He even reached out after the service to check everything was going well. These guys are the epitome of what customer service should be. I don’t normally go to mechanics or shops like this and expect this level of service but I was pleasantly surprised. Would absolutely use them again.

Amazing job! I'm beyond satisfied! I Googled them for a outside door handle replace/repair and called them. They promptly received my call and welcomingly invited me to come by and see if they could help. Graciously, Al and MJ were able to fit me in during their lunch hours and was able to complete the repair. Their pricing is very fair and their work & customer service definitely exceeds it! Holy Cow!! I hardly know where to start....this was literally the best experience I have had anywhere / any service EVER! I cannot recommend Custom Auto Touch-Up enough!!When I picked up my car I couldn't believe it! It looks PERFECT and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Al is the Michelangelo of Auto Repair and Mollie is his Leonardo de VinciAl and Mollie were *AMAZING* and helped me through every step of the way. Including working with my insurance company and Toyota directly. For example, my insurance company wouldn't send an in-person adjuster, and would only estimate using pictures we uploaded to the app. Al worked directly with them to adjust and update the estimate - which took multiple tries. Mollie also texted me updates with pictures throughout the whole process - which was so nice and comforting. They never made me feel bad or embarrassed for causing the damage that I did.My car was essentially brand new when we dinged it so badly it was rendered undrivable. I was so upset and didn't even know where to start. Al and Mollie were truly SO kind and professional. If you don't go here then you are nuts!Services: Electrical

Wow is all I can say!! I’ll let the pictures do justice to the high quality work that Al and Molly were able to do to my tailgate. I unfortunately backed into a tree that caused a medium sized dent right in the crease of my tailgate. It was a very tricky spot to work on and other shops in the area wanted to charge a fortune to take it out, almost the price of just getting a new tailgate !!! Al and Molly did a stellar job at a very reasonable price and communicated with me through the whole repair. Can’t say enough good things about them. I contemplated even writing this review since I know Al is already buried in a bunch of work but he is well worth the wait !! Y’all go check him out!

Al's Custom Auto Refinishing is the fastest to respond and with a fair price for any auto refinishing needs. Al and his awesome co-pilot took one of our Hamby Catering vehicles, set a fair price, and began work immediately, Vehicle came back at the time that was quoted, and they even took a scuff out of the the other side of vehicle. Al knows what he's talking about when he quotes you a price, and wont try to bull-dog you into paying for something you don't need. If you own/operate a business that has a fleet of 3 vehicles +, I'd highly recommend putting Al's number in your phone. I have all intentions of rotating my entire fleet of 8 vehicles through his shop over the next year.Services: Welding

Go see Al Livingston at Custom Auto Shop/Refinishing . I hit a deer and he did an incredible job fixing the car and wrangling with my insurance company. The building is not as pretty as some others, but Al is top notch.
