Dealer rep was very polite and not pushy. When I asked a question, he answered and still was not pushy. They took care of all the paperwork for the DMV, especially complicated since my parent car was up for renewal. They always send friendly reminders of service needed. I strongly recommend Crews Subaru.

I had the very best experience today with Tony for my express service. Tony was friendly & attentive from start to finish. He walked me into the lobby waiting area and walked me to my car when it was complete. Hands down the best service experience I have had with a dealership.
