Not only were they prompt and courteous in their responses to my inquiries, but they also went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns I had. Even when faced with queries they didn't immediately know the answer to, they took the initiative to research and provide me with the information I needed promptly.On the day I took my boat out for its inaugural voyage, the service manager provided clear and concise instructions, ensuring that I felt confident and well-prepared. Hal, at Cove to Coast was great. I bought a new X18 skiff from Xplor and could not ask for a better experience. He was extremely flexible after I had to change more than once my delivery date and what I specifically wanted. Extremely well run shop and more than helpfu folks working there. Outstanding Customer Service!!! I have purchased a couple of boats from Cove2Coast over the past 3 years. Everytime I call with a question or concern, they treat me like family and are always willing to help. Hal and team are extremely friendly and down to earth. I couldn’t imagine doing business elsewhere! ?

After looking at multiple boats at different dealers I was struggling to find what I wanted. I had looked at the Sea Pro 172 and decided that was a perfect boat for what I wanted to do. I had messaged Cove 2 Coast early in my search and they called me right away and told me they would let me know when they got new stock in. A few weeks later they checked in with me and the timing was perfect! The whole Cove 2 Coast team made the purchase super easy and the support I have received from Hal and his team has been phenomenal! If I have a question all I have to do is shoot a text and someone gives me a call right away. I truly can’t say enough about how great this experience has been! If you are considering buying a boat you won’t be disappointed with the personalized service you receive!

My husband, Dave had an issue with a new boat that he purchased from Cove the coast and it was a busy Saturday perfect weather and the guys dropped everything to help him. Turns out it was a couple of dead batteries and Brian came on his day off to put two new batteries in so kudos to Ronnie and his staff Code to coast. You guys are the best.

We first started talking to the team at Cove2Coast about a year ago. We were not ready to make a purchase and they made sure we had a complete understanding of the boats we were looking for. Now, a year later we felt ready but had some questions. We met with Hal and he went over everything. We were very impressed with the personal service that we were given. To get our boat going, we had to make some improvements to our dock and lift. Hal and team were patient while we got the work done. Another cool thing is that the team at C2C made sure our selection and location of additional electronics we wanted were going to meet our requirements and be located in a useful spot. They are always thinking about the customer experience. Everything came out better than we expected. Now it is time to take delivery. Hal brought the boat out and took us for a cruise to make sure we fully understood the boat and all the ins and outs. Very aspect of this experience has been extremely positive. Hal and team are top notch in my book!I had another occasion to engage with the team at Cove 2 Coast. My sales experience as stated above was incredible. This is around service. The service I received and the respect for me and my family is outstanding. We ran into an issue and Hal, being the pro he is, took care of it personally. Another reason that we are glad we chose this team for all of our boating needs.Update:9-20-2022I had another issue as I am new to boating. It takes a lot of patience when you have a new boat owner that you are working with. Hal and team continue to be top notch and responsive. Their knowledge and understanding got me back on the water in no time. Come to find out, the boat was fine it was just user error. Really appreciate the team there.Update: 12/8/2022Had my boat serviced. Knocked it out and no time and were incredibly easy to work with on pick-up/drop-off. I don't have a trailer so they come meet me half way, take it out of the water, do the service and then meet me back at the drop point. This is still my first year of boating and the team is so incredibly patient and understand when I do silly things. I am continue to be a HUGE FAN of Cove 2 Coast and the entire team. So glad I purchase from them.

Went boat hunting in 2021 to replace my 12 year-old Ranger Ghost with something as close as possible in fit and finish (an awesome boat!) and Hal really showed his love and passion for Xplor’s model X7. After considerable research i decided to invest in this incredible boat from a very creative SC-based manufacturer. Quite frankly, Hal also proved Cove to Coast was the Charleston dealership to buy from by staying 2 steps ahead of my every question. They paid more time and attention than i would have expected to deliver one well appointed flats boat. C2C is doing a fantastic job for Charleston area buyers!

Best dealership experience I’ve had. Ronnie was very helpful and found us the boat we wanted with the options we wanted. Ronnie delivered on all his promises and we couldn’t be happier with our new boat. After we purchased the owner took his time to come thank us for the business and answered any questions we could think of. I wish you guys success and I’ll see you when it’s time to upgrade!

Purchased a USED Scout Sportfish from the team and the experience was great! Felt like I was treated like family and the few issues I ran into they jumped on it ASAP and got it taken care of! I will come back for any further boating needs!
