Kim and Condons Bridal absolutely SAVED MY LIFE! I truly cannot express the gratitude I have for this shop and the work that Kim has done for me. I frantically came in to Condons 1 month before my wedding, hoping to find a perfect fit. After trying some stuff on, I mentioned that I had a dress at home that was too big for me and was told it would be impossible or way too expensive to alter. Kim came through with her calm presence, honesty, and helpful attitude. She told me to bring them in and we’ll see what we can do. This alone was so relieving for me, I left the shop in tears of relief, as every other bridal shop in the area didn’t even give me the time of day being 1 month out from my wedding. I can keep going, writing a whole book to tell this story and share how Kim saved my wedding dress extravaganza. But I will end with saying, there is truly nothing that could replace the feeling of being taken care of, when you are already stressed about wedding day. Kim altered my dress to the PERFECT FIT! With such care and attention. To say Kim knows what she’s doing, simply does not do her justice. She is master at what she does and treats everything and everyone with such care. I am almost in tears just writing this, 4 months later, because I can just remember the feeling of relief that Kim and Condons Bridal gave me. THANK YOU, thank you, THANK YOU! ??

Best bridal store! My experience was so personal and relaxing from start to finish. I found my dress at Condon's as well as my accessories (belt and gorgeous cathedral veil). Francis who is the owner, helped me try on dresses and she knows how to make you feel special. Alterations were done by a master seamstress, Kim who bustled, hemmed, and made the dress fit perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better duo and I recommend them to all.

This was the best bridal experience I had ever encountered. The owner, Frances, is a sweetheart. Her employee called out last minute and she was all by herself on a Saturday. The party before was was huge. The whole crew was buying dresses and she wasn't expecting it. They ended up going over and into our appointment and the owner felt so bad. I told her it was okay things happen everything will be alright and I was in no rush. She helped in and out of dresses and let me try on whatever dresses I wanted.
She apologized multiple times throughout the appointment. I encourage all to be patient if you come here as she is the only has one employee and herself working here. You'll never know what will happen when you are patient.
I love that this place is locally owned and has been passed down from generation to generation. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

What an amazing place! I went in to help my sister find a gown for my wedding. They had a great selection of evening gowns. The owner was so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this amazing little boutique!

I was struggling to find a place to shop for my bridal shower. I called Condon and spoke with Mrs. Frances who is the biggest sweetheart and told me to come in. She has such a great variety of dresses and is even sweeter in person! I not only found a dress for the shower but I found one for my rehearsal dinner as well!! The prices are very reasonable and they’re completing alterations right there too! Definitely check them out you will be so glad you did!

OH MY GOODNESS!! She recently moved to the Citadel Mall and 1 her shop is beautiful she had so many options to choose from! 2 Mrs Frances is the absolute SWEETEST lady ever! i found my dream dress but it was over my budget and she was able to lower it to my budget! during my dress appointment she was so helpful willing to help put on dresses show me some different options she had and i told her that even tho my wedding isn’t till 2026 i wanted to wait and see and she was super understanding and gave me her business card. After an hour of contemplating i had to go back and buy the dress just because it was absolutely beautiful on me and she was just the sweetest ever so i had to give her my business! i 1 million percent recommend her and her shop if i could give her 10 stars i would!

Frances is so sweet and she has such a wide selection of dresses and jewelry pieces. We came in short notice and she was so helpful and even went above and beyond to ask her seamstress to change a dress for us on the same day. Customer service and selection are unmatched. I will be returning for my sister’s prom dress!

My friend just found the perfect wedding gown at this shop! Frances and her seamstress are warm, friendly, and willing to answer any and all questions we had. They’re also reasonably priced and high quality inventory! The experience at her shop really made our weekend…highly recommend!
