My store experience today is bad. Long queue waiting next to 1 out of 8 cashiers and all others were closed. Another cashier was open but the lady at the cashier just closed her cashier and told people to move to the already busy cashier which made the queue very long. When I spoke to the supervisor, he was careless about my complaint, and he said there is nothing I can do, workers coming to take over the cashiers are late and the ones that are on duty now already have to leave, when I told him that I think that (Food Lion) is not a good supermarket if this usually happens, he just answered in arrogancy (Ok, don't buy from it). I think your workers need to arrive on time or at least the ones in the prior shift need to wait for them, the supervisor that was on duty today (Monday 9/5/22) at 3 PM needs to have better communication skills and show more respect to customers and address their complaints in an appropriate way, besides prices are expensive compared to other stores.

Food Lion is the best! But seriously, if you love living dangerously by making a shopping list and then finding thrills in your shopping experience being a complete crapshoot of what you want to buy is in stock, then the Food Lion is for you! Sometimes it's stocked, Sometimes it's not, You'll have fun at the... RAH RAH! Food Lion.

You can loiter all day , park in the fire lane all day. Steal buggies all day. But if you actually work hard and not leech off the government like every one that hangs out here ,and have a flat and leave it overnight because all the tire places are closed ../ they'll tow you for $209. The owners are POS. And the scum towing company charging the maximum the city will allow is POS. I hope the owners children lose everything and when they're down , they get towed.

Horrible check out and customer service! Shelves look bare most of the time! Do not waste your time going here!

This Food Lion on King Street in Charleston is a really good grocery store and one of the few on the Peninsula. I like the location and everything that they have to offer and the deli section really stands out for its delicious and well prepared food. The staff here is really helpful and available to provide assistance when you need it. This is a reliable grocery store.
