Margie troy is the best part about Club Monaco. I have been coming here for over a year because of her. She is extremely kind and makes me feel so important. She helps me find the best outfits and even got me a gift when I had my baby. She is above and beyond and the best shopping experience I have ever had. I can’t say enough great things about Margie.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t accept an online return for some reason and told me to reach out to the corporate customer service office. Corporate no longer has a number and won’t even email me back to provide a return slip. To be considered a “higher end retail store” you’d think they would value customers a little more. I’ve also tried calling the store for guidance on how to return my item, but no one answers the phone. I’ve tried multiple times on different days.

Such a beautiful store! Love their clothing quality and simple designs. There was this employee who I forgot her name (she is amazing but I am so bad with names）She is very attentive and made great suggestions:) I felt very comfortable shopping here

Meh... The service could be a lot better. When I walked in yesterday, the staff was too preoccupied with mingling amongst themselves to give attention to the customer. The young girl working there walked past me as she checked me out without saying anything; perhaps she was insecure and felt intimated, but it's still a terrible way to treat a client in your store. The older woman was just as unpleasant and disrespectful but in a different way. Because of those two people, I left without purchasing anything. It's remarkable how inept salespeople can drive away clients and harm a company's bottom line. You can do better, Club Monaco.

I just love shopping at this place. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. The clothes are really top notch and durable. The men's section is upstairs and I wish there was a better assortment of sizes and styles. Often, it seems like last season's clothes and styles are on floor with the more current. Be sure to save your coins. There is also a great online store.

This place isn’t good shopping if you are a girl, but a paradise if you are a man.I was totally ignored by at least 3 assistants. At the register, the cashier didn’t pay attention to any of my items, forgot to add one item, until I pointed out but the WORST - she didn’t remove an alarm tag from one of the shirt.Now I’m back to my town and have no close CM nearby. I’m not able to wear a shirt until I find a new CM on my next trip. And yes, it will be so embarrassing to explain the situation and doesn’t look like I stole the item.Poor customer service. Watch out for this place.I only gave 2 stars because I love this store. But not this particular location.

As a tourist, we stopped in one day as we were wandering along the street. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, even with my pre-teen daughter who wanted to try on some of the clothes. Very sweet store in a beautiful location, with a wonderful staff. The manager was particularly helpful and kind and my daughter loved having her personal attention.

Normally, I solely online shop.
I was using a gift card and since the website is having issues, these ladies and manager were kind enough to help me with a phone order.
They helped me find items from my cart by checking their sales floor for specific items, accept my gift card and mail them to me directly.
It was a gift for my husband, & he was happy with the clothes.
I’ve never been in the store in person but I definitely recommend this location for their impeccable customer service.

I went in with the intention of buying just a couple of things but found lots of stylish items that cant be found at the mall here in charleston. Ended up spending more than a decent amount. Besides the one girl that was helping me, the rest of the staff were standoffish and unfriendly. I would avoid this location if you are buying more than a couple of things. Instead of being appreciative, they will look at you like youre up to something.

I recently stopped by to shop for a pencil skirt and was assisted by a salesperson named Judi U. who gave me what was, perhaps, the best shopping experience of my life. She knew my size just by looking at me and chose a pencil skirt for me in a size smaller than I usually wear (I had recently lost some weight) saying, "you look like a perfect size 6". I tried it on; it fit like a glove, I bought it. My interaction with her made me feel special and chic. Every woman wants to hear the word, "perfect" when someone looks at her body. Ralph Lauren, who owns Club Monaco, should make this woman head of sales training.
