WORST BANK EVER!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH HEATHER, I have been banking with First Citizens bank for 16 years and the simplest of problems can't get solved without you being judged, basically interrogated like your a criminal, and if you speak back the truth and the answer they tell you is wrong and you call them out, they refuse to let you speak to anyone higher up or handle or atleast TRY and help you. I dealt with Heather after hours on the phone and called my local branch being here and Heather must of been having a bad day bc she was extremely rude to me and when I asked to speak to someone higher up, was denied and told basically she was the highest I was gonna get, them hung up on me! LIKE WHAT!? I'm still stocked she hung up on me! Call my other branch and they handle the problem in 2 mins....this branch sucks, do not go here and if u call, u have to call every line bc no one wants to pick up the phone...absolutely nuts and unprofessional
