Customer service for some of the staff could use some better training but overall I’ve never had a negative experience here. It’s small, but it serves the purpose and I can’t complain.

Rude rude Rude!! I came here after work around 7:40 they were mopping the whole floor for about an hour.. they didn’t bother to put a sign up to give heads up.. not to mention there was other customers trynna enter the building and standing outside waiting and they didn’t even verbally say anything.. one cashier was on the phone just ignoring everyone at the door.. another cashier came out and said we had to wait for the floors to dry meanwhile the floors were bone dry and the cashier person?was on the phone

Never have had an experience at a gas station like this until tonight.The girl behind the counter literally started screaming at customers because she had an “emergency”. Made everyone wait outside but let one man stay.Complete meltdown.One of the single weirdest experiences I’ve had at a gas station.Wild.

Completed a mystery shop here tonight a 9:25 of course it was a fail ... stated bathroom is out of order .. truth is he didn't want to clean the bathroom on his shift didn't want to provide a name but corporate was called.. no good customer service at all not to mention when I came in he was on his phone not welcoming at all.

I come here late at night because it's the closest gas station downtown Charleston to where I am staying I believe that there is only two in this area 24 hours and one of them is window service after a certain hour but I came here with a friend and we walked in the store and left our bikes outside at around 1 AM within the time of us getting two bottled waters and a pack of cigarettes my friends bike was stolen and the employee told me that people wait across the street at the park and wait for people with bicycles to go inside and then quickly run across the street and takeoff be vigilant when you are at this place
