Wow! As a first time beginner to fitness and a gym, this place delivered on customer service, support and overall awesomeness! I signed up for a free class and Leslie reached out to see if I had any questions - ended up visiting the gym, getting a tour and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. My first class was HARD! Signed up for a HIIT class and the instructors were so kind but man did they make you work! An amazing workout (my legs may not work tomorrow, ha!) with kind and competent instructors made all the difference! Super clean facility! Highly recommend to anyone who is intimidated to start a fitness journey. I signed up for more! LIFT classes next, woohoo!

this is a gym community unlike any other in Charleston-I have been a class pass member for years and I think I've worked out in close to every gym in town-the difference is this one has true community! The members are DIVERSE in age and background but they are all friendly and work to motivate one another-Jason was an excellent instructor-highly recommend if you are looking for an community focused on health and positivity

The staff has been great giving us special attention for both my 15 year old son and his old man. They know what they are doing individualized nutrition consultation for both of us.

We spent a month in Charleston and absolutely loved going to Method Training! We saw good results after just a month. Zach, Leslie and all of the staff are very welcoming and happy to assist you through to your fitness goals! Would definitely recommend!

My experience so far has been amazing! Zach and everyone in the gym are so friendly and motivating it makes it easy to want to get in there and do the work! Still getting into a routine for myself, but I have no doubt this team will help me reach my goals and see the results I am looking for!

If you have lost the motivation to work out and need a place to inspire and challenge you METHOD is the only solution. I wasted money on gym memberships for years. I’ll never go anywhere else. Zach and his incredible crew are the most underrated workout program I’ve ever tried. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Zach and METHOD instructors!!!

I've had an incredible experience at this gym! The high-energy and attentive staff create a motivating atmosphere. The variety of changing workouts keeps things exciting, and the community of members is fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a supportive fitness environment!

I am over 300lbs, have not been to a gym in YEARS, and I hate mornings. YET this place has me loving my experience and showing up most mornings at 5:30am. Is it tough, heck yeah. These guys put together a pretty intense Class, but do not be scared if you are worried you can not complete it fully. The Trainers are great at giving modifications when needed! I am only roughly 8 classes in, however I see this place being my Home as I start this journey to being healthier.Great Community Environment that really helps motivate and encourage me!Thank you Method and the Training Staff!

I've been going here for 5 months and it has been nothing short of incredible. The trainers are kind and patient, the playlists get you motivated, and the workouts are challenging! I love going and look forward to my daily HIIT sessions! I can't say enough good things about Leslie, Jason, Ashley, Ty, Zach, Rutledge, Blair, & Susan!

Finding a place to workout where the trainers truly take the time to get to know you and challenge you is pretty special. Method isn’t just another gym where you are a number, you are someone who is invested in. The trainers truly love what they do and it shows. You cannot simply walk in and not be asked how you are doing. They notice when you are off and check in on you. They get to know your life outside the gym and are genuinely curious. Forever thankful for the family that is Method ??

I joined Method back in March after traditionally being a work out on my own not in a class kind of person. Method changed my mind about the whole class mentality. The environment here is on point and I feel motivated throughout the workouts to give it my all. The trainers are fantastic! Jason and Ty really go the extra mile to make sure I’m using correct form and pushing myself. I’ve already seen so much improvement not only in my body composition but also in my mood and my overall strength. 100% recommend trying out Method! It’s worth it!

Zack's "Method" offers high intensity interval training, strength-focused lift classes, and personal training options. The space is gorgeous and super clean, classes are an appropriate number of people to get individualized attention regarding form correction and coaching. I left the class feeling accomplished and confident.

So happy I found Method!! The coaches are the perfect driving force you need to get out of your comfort zone, all while still remembering we are all at a different pace. They have truly helped me get back into a healthy mindset, and I could not be more thankful for them!!

I searched for a new gym after recently moving to the area and am so happy I found Method Training. Each class is different and challenging. I always feel like I have gotten a good workout when I am finished. There are people of all ages and fitness levels at the gym. The coaches are helpful and motivating. There are multiple class times each day that meet my schedule. Highly recommend this gym.

I had my first class at Method Training on Wednesday and fell in love with the workout, space, trainers and community. I've worked out all over Charleston, and I have never experienced such a welcoming, friendly and encouraging fitness community.
