This ladies boutique is amazing! Great quality, and one of my favorite places to shop. Everything from casual to high end gowns. It is so much fun to shop here, as there is something for everyone!!!

Do not recommend coming into this store. They take advantage of people’s naivety and are unapologetically unprofessional/unkind. I am surprised that they have managed to lock in their lease for all these years considering the bad reputation it has among locals and tourists.

BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP HERE. The owner is a scam artist preying on tourists and feigning legitimacy on King Street. She is selling FAKE COUNTERFEIT bags at exorbitant prices - I took my bag to the Chanel store upon exit and they immediately confirmed it was fake, even though the owner and staff insisted it was real. She refused to refund me my money. All of the products in the store are significantly marked up from their regular retail and she doesn't take returns AT ALL. Absolutely unethical business practices in 2024. Terrible Better Business Bureau ratings, terrible reviews, AVOID this store and this woman at all costs.

I should have read reviews before purchasing anything at this shop. I paid $415 for a pair of beaded butterfly earrings that I found on the brand’s website for $74. Please please look up any brand you may be considering purchasing from this shop. The mark up is absolutely ridiculous. The store was sneaky and removed the packaging from the earrings so it was difficult to know what you were buying. So so dishonest. Please please do not go here. Do not go here.

The business prays on visitors who come to Charleston from around the country. They have an undisclosed return policy and will not work with the customer. If you buy something from this business you are stuck with it . The store owner refuses to call customers back , makes no attempt at answering customer calls . Under no circumstances should you ever go to this store as their whole purpose is to defraud out of town customers

Unable to get item ordered because manufacturer discontinued making the the item: Coat. The owner decided to keep the $500+ charged to a credit card and give a store credit. Living out of state, a store credit was useless but owner would not budge. Having no product and store refusing to credit our credit card, we disputed charge with credit card company. After their investigation the charge was reversed. The store's D+ rating by the BBB, in my opinion is very generous based on our and other online experiences.

Owner followed my sister and I around into every room and was a foot away glaring at us. Made us feel like we were shop lifting. One of the guys was nice to us but the lady was over bearing and never said a word to us. Would pretend to tidy up and fold clothes a foot away basically pushing us out of the store. Wouldn't let us into part of the store.

Beautiful shop! Staff was great! The store has so many beautiful designer clothes. I bought a wonderful dress there and am looking forward to wearing it.

Loved the shop until I realized after my purchase that the shop does not refund if you return an item. That information is only stated on the receipt at the bottom in very fine print. You have to get store credit or exchange. The owner is very difficult as she does not return emails or phone calls. The owner also raises the cost of items 4 times recommended retail. This store has a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. Shopper beware. Very unethical business practices. It was so disappointing to visit such a beautiful city and be treated so poorly.

Horrible merchandising- hard to find things on super packed clothing racks. Counters are filled with tons of overpriced junk that are priced less online. Salesperson tried to push me hard - trying to sell items that didn't even fit correctly or look appropriate. Read several reviews- sounds like manager/owner is insane. No return policy. Hear they sell designer fake bags to "friends" Wow, is that legal?

I went to Christian Michi looking for a wrap for my cocktail dress. The service I was given was impeccable. Although they didn’t have the perfect product for me, the salespeople searched every nook and cranny of the store trying to find something suitable. When they had exhausted all the possibilities, they did not give up. Cathy then took me over to another nearby store and helped me find exactly what I needed. I called my mother, and she was so excited and pleased. She has shopped at Christian Michi ever since.
