1/2 the price of others and they did a fantastic job cleaning. They were upfront about the service they could provide, he threw in an extra treatment for free (typically ~90$) because he had the equipment with him in the truck and thought it would help, and did a detailed walkthrough afterwards explaining what he did and why certain things wouldn’t come out. I didn’t even notice the small spots he mentioned but I appreciate the honesty. He also suggested other services when I asked him about non-carpet cleaning questions and he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Super friendly and flexible, I will 100% use them again in the future, it’s such an easy choice.

They got out a huge stain that I couldn’t even believe they got out. I would tell you what was in it, but it would be too gross. It was purple on a beige carpet with like acid in there and all kinds of stuff pretty impressed. Thank you.

Two of the greatest guys I've met came to clean my carpet. They were polite, professional, and very thorough. They great to talk to and gave me a lot of great info on my carpet as well as how to keep it clean. Chem-Dry will be my first call when I decide to clean my carpet again!

Unfortunately the cushion cleaning did not go well, and the stains are now set. The composite floor I expected to be included, the tech said he was unable to clean because of the composite material. The rugs were nicely cleaned, however no furniture was moved for the cleaning other than what we moved for the service tech. Not the level of service I expected.

Hired Chem Dry to clean our upstairs carpets after we moved out. The new tenants moved in over a month later and complained of a “musty, vinegar smell over the entire upstairs.” Our property manager also came out to the property to confirm the tenants complaint. We called Chem Dry to try to see if they would come out and inspect their work. They refused. The agent on the phone said it was “outside their 30-day service guarantee” and that what the tenant described was “impossible.” Since the agent was so rude on the phone, we went with Carolina Steamway to have the carpets redone. Save yourself the money, find someone else.

Chem Dry provided excellent service and achieved the clean upholstery results I was looking for. Techs were on time, communicated thoroughly and were experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
