Charleston Tuxedo was an easy choice for us. We we’re looking for a textured fabric and it seemed to be the most difficult request to fill. All of the other suit rental companies in the area seemed to be so busy with events and other weddings that they never made the time to find out what we wanted. But Shae at Charleston tuxedo really gave us that boutique feel that we were looking for. They made it easy to measure, order and pay for all of the suits. Shae followed up with the groomsmen and even special ordered and overnighted the shoes after a non-Charleston Tuxedo related warehouse issue. We felt very welcomed, never rushed and they were able to accommodate our requests at every angle. They truly reminded us of that classic Charleston Charm. We will be using them for our other non-wedding related rentals for here on out. Thank you Shea and Charleston Tuxedo.

Charleston Tuxedo, and especially Shae, were a pleasure to work with for our wedding recently. Having a local option for suit rentals gave me much more peace of mind than renting online or from a national chain. There are so many elements to keep track of when renting for groomsmen but Shae handled all of the details with accuracy and efficiency. The suits turned out great. Perfectly nice people, just unsure why we used them. I was part of a wedding that used their service. The suit didn't fit, which was fine. They tried to fix it. Still didn't fit (it was bad). Also, it seems the suit came from jimsformalwear.com where the prices are nearly $100 less for the same thing. The shop is a cool vibe but I feel that if I'm going to pay extra for a service I could get on my own then the results should be spot on.

I have to give a shout out to Hannah at CHARLESTON Tuxedo. My husband needed a tux for a debutante ball and wanted peak lapels. Hannah searches and found one for us. He is also an in-between size depending on the label. Hannah took care of us and ordered 2 coats, one in each size. We had a great experience with very reasonable prices. Thank you!

We had a black tie wedding to attend in Charleston and were traveling from 4700 miles away. It took about 20 minutes to choose a style and get measurements. The tux was shipped in the next day, fit like a glove, and I looked like a million bucks. Hannah was terrific too! Highly recommended, especially if traveling from a distance. Helped not having to pack a suit from back home.

When our daughter and her fiancee came to Charleston Tuxedo to inquire about groomsmen tux rentals, they were told "all tuxes are slim fit" . When we came to rent my husbands tux, they were not slim fit tuxes... They were the traditional boxy tuxedo. We called twice to speak with the owner and they were always busy but assured us they would call back. They never did. Half of the groomsmen 's tuxedo sleeve length went to their knuckles..Will never rent from them again.

This place is literally one of the most unprofessional tuxedo rental services in America. As the staff mentioned, “our measurements are completed spot on every single time” we’ll come to find out ALL of the Groomsmen pants were 3 inches to short. I will never go here again.

Danna took care of myself and 6 other groomsmen for my wedding. She was fantastic throughout the process and her measurements were on point. 7 guys with extremely varying sizes and everything looked great. What sets Charleston tuxedo apart is Danna herself. She is fantastic and put up with 7 semi drunk guys during the fitting with a smile on her face the whole time. With my friends and the way we are not only do I recommend her for any and all tuxedo needs but she should also be up for a sainthood.

Danna, was so helpful and extremely efficient. From the measurement to the pickup, it only took 20 minutes combined and she still kept a very personal approach. Highly recommend this for any grads in need of a tuxedo rental!
