Dr. Hishon and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They are so kind. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I have suffered with back pain my entire life. I am so grateful to have his care. He is the best chiropractor I have I have ever been to.

I always feel better after a visit! The doctor and his staff are friendly and caring. My first visit was very informative. I had a great consultation with Dr. Hishon, and we discussed treatment. I’d never been to a chiropractor before, and I’m so glad to have found this office.

I have been a patient here for over a decade. I had an a hard fall went thru months of physical therapy until finally meeting with Dr Band having instant relief. Over the years I have come in for” tune ups”as needed.I aggravated my sciatica by repetitive motion bending at the waist to clean up trash off the ground for two days. No fall or more injury just the nature of doing something in life the wrong way.I called to make an appointment and was told of the new owner/operator. I’m asked if I would be treated like a new patient since it would be a new chiropractor? That I just needed a quick adjustment with no therapy. The receptionist said oh no and that the cost would be $46-$65 as a cash patient.I arrived for my appointment When this new guy called me back he hadn’t even bothered to change the paper on the table. The patient before make up was brightly displayed.I explained what was going on and that nothing was numb, tingling ,and no new injuries. He felt on my upper back a little but mainly had me do movements that I already told him didn’t hurt to do.Then he tells me we need xrays.I asked why? That I didn’t fall no worry of anything broken I just needed a basic adjustment and that his receptionist told me I would be able to just get an adjustment like I always have.He graciously told me he would waive the exam fee but would not adjust me without X-rays.I told him I didn’t want to expose myself to radiation when there was no reason. That my file has a ct scan and xrays.Even when the original injury took place. The hospital did everything they could to make sure they didn’t need to X-ray my pelvis as a woman sighting that I should never get X-rayed for no reason.When I first became a patient here Dr B said he would be able to feel the injury better than anything X-rays would show but he would look at the scan I brought in for extra measure. I have gone to chiropractors since childhood and never did we have a doctor want xrays.It’s really sad to see a great practice turned over to someone who wants to make an extra buck, expose people to radiation for the fun of it, and would send someone out the door in pain.It now being Thursday afternoon having the stress that I may have to wait until Monday to get an appointment somewhere I stumbled into one of those memberships walk in places.$30 and 20 minutes later I can sit down without wanting to scream in pain.Thanks for wasting my time and your cruelty. Tell your receptionist not to promise things you have no intention of fulfilling. You definitely don’t fill the shoes of the legacy of the former practice.

the BEST chiropractic center i’ve been to. everyone is so nice and caring. i’ve had neck and back issues for years and was constantly getting headaches due to the neck issues and i have only had two sessions and have already noticed the headaches starting to become less frequent and less painful.

Such a happy office. They really helped me with my back. I came in with tears with how bad my back hurt but now it feels great and am back to playing sports

I enjoying coming to this office for treatment. The staff is great and very friendly. Also love that the office is open starting at 7:15 so I can get in for treatment well in advance of starting my workday. I've seen a lot of improvement with back pain since Dr. Roles started treating me and should be able to roll off treatment within a 2-3 weeks so I appreciate that! Highly recommend.

I had my first appointment yesterday. The staff were all nice. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The Dr. was able to tell me what's causing my pain and started treatment right away. I left the office feeling great. I look forward to continued treatment there.

Dr. Roles is the chiropractor that chiropractors go to! I am a chiropractor of 16 years and I’ve trained over 600 chiropractors in both academics and in private practices. Dr. Roles and the Charleston Neck and Back staff is world-class! Just had another great adjustment and fantastic massage with Stephanie who is a master at her craft. Thank you all for getting me back to feeling well again.

I first went to this chiropractor several years ago for neck pain after getting in a car accident. The therapy and massage worked great and the staff was friendly.I recently had severe sciatic pain so I came back to give the chiropractor a try in October. Dr Ralph Roles was very condescending and unprofessional. His staff do not wear masks. I was in an uncomfortable situation when I asked Dr Roles to please wear a mask while treating me as it would make me feel more safe. His response was very discouraging and I cannot believe how anyone in the medical field would say that masks “do not work”. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but when it comes to treating patients it’s just common sense to be respectful and safe. I asked for a referral to an orthopedist which he said he would give me and then changed his mind. I was also charged a lot of money for X-rays. Be ware and do your research before going to this establishment.

They have an awesome and friendly staff. Their services are very affordable. And after your massage and adjustment, you won't want to see any other chiropractic caregiver. Dr. Roles is a very nice guy and has many techniques that can help get the kinks out! I totally recommend giving them a try before going anywhere else!

This is a one stop facility to take care all of your pain. You can get your chiropractic and massage therapy care all in one visit. Very nice, organized, and clean facility as well.
