Frazzled and overwhelmed with all the wedding planning, I woke up the Monday before my wedding that Friday realizing that I had completely forgotten to order my flowers. Weeks before our wedding, my fiancé (now husband) and I had randomly struck up a conversation about frozen pizzas with Kristi and Bruce while checking out at Costco, and our upcoming wedding came up. How serendipitous that they just happened to tell us to come see them at Charleston Florist. Long story short: that panicked Monday morning I rushed to Charleston Florist expecting to be politely told I had waited too long to order bouquets and boutonnières for the ceremony. Was I ever wrong! Kristi didn’t even bat an eye about the lateness of the order and even added an additional boutonnière two days before the wedding because I had miscounted originally. Plus she personally delivered the flowers the day of to the beach house we rented on Folly. The arrangements were simply stunning and exactly what I hoped for. I highly recommend using Charleston Florist for any of your floral needs and for their frozen pizza recommendation. ?

Charleston Florist not only did an amazing job for my wedding last weekend, but they have always done beautiful work with the bouquets I have received in the past from my husband for special occasions. Not only are they extremely affordable compared to the local competitors, but they are truly talented and work within a modest budget without making you feel inadequate. I don't have any official photos of my florals from the photographer yet, but I took the "leftover" centerpieces and created arrangements for myself and others to enjoy. They really did help me achieve my dream of having a colorful, spring wildflower filled wedding!

I can’t say enough about this florist! I had ordered from them before (from out of town), and the arrangements were always beautiful, but for this particular order, time was of the essence, and they managed to whip up the most gorgeous arrangement, and got it there on time!! It was a special occasion so I spent a little more, but it was absolutely worth it! The colors, the floral selection, the arrangement, all top notch, and it was clear they took the time and care to make it very special for my daughter. I couldn’t be more thrilled!! Thank you Lisa for going the extra mile!

I am VERY disappointed in the quality of the arrangement that my mother received today for her birthday. This was not what I ordered! I do floral arrangements for our event production company here in Virginia and I would NEVER let something go out of my design room that looked like that. I really hate this because your business came very highly recommended by a colleague of mine in Charleston.

The worst service ever. Do not use this company. I ordered “Peach Tribute” yesterday for my cousin who’s mother, my aunt, just passed away. The only reason I ordered it was because my aunt called my cousin “Peach” all the time. My card said “you will always be her “Peach”. Look at what I ordered and what was delivered. Then the shop person had the nerve to blame it on the 800-florist company. Not once did she lead with empathy or “I’m really sorry let’s fix this right away” just kept deflecting and defending herself. If she’s not the owner, she is representing this company horribly. If she is the owner, then it makes sense, her attitude and lack of empathy shine through in her careless arrangement. She raised her voice and told me to ***k off - very classy.

I am extremely impressed with Charleston Florist. I ordered a bouquet of flowers over the phone and they were gorgeous and better than I expected. The lady I spoke to was very kind and easy to work with. The order was ready on time. I highly recommend Charleston Florist and it will be my “go to” place when needing flowers. I love that they are locally owned and a family business!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a Charleston Hotel (who recommended CF). I was able to easily place the order on the phone after reviewing selections online. The woman I spoke with was friendly, polite and thorough. Someone wrote prices being high, but I find the rates competitive and worth it. I bought a standard birthday bouquet. It's gorgeous, and the card written out perfectly. Highly recommend!Thank you, Charleston Florist! ?

I "guess" the order met my expectations, but hard to know. I was hoping to have received a photo of my order since I asked for the premium arrangement. My friend said they were pretty, but it's hard to know if they were as full & lush as I paid for.
