I am so thankful for them helping me. Everyone involved was extremely helpful with the whole process : making an appointment, turning in documents. They were able to assist with my light bill (dominion energy) within 2 weeks after my appointment and getting approval.

This agency is supposed to help people you can't get no one on the phone to even ask a question everyone is rude they act like they don't want to help you it's very frustrating I have been trying to talk to someone for at least 2 weeks and still have not been able too is this what we have come to in this world
