I was having issues and luckily the guy in the truck was able to help me since he was able to get my wash on.

Worst ever and gave several tries never soap in wash vacuums are broken and ya don't know till you insert ya money..and if it is working it barely has power to clean your car.

Convenient and accessible but unfortunately not the best wash. Seems like it's due for an update and some TLC.
