I had xpel clear ppf applied to my Toyota Land Cruiser in 2021. I had to return 3 times to have it reapplied right after it was applied in 2021. The first application they scratched my bumper with a knife used to cut the ppf and it was obvious. No mention of it was made and no apology given. I asked for the warranty information 3 separate times and it was never given. The owner is a complete clown. It is now 2023 and I'm at Sunstoppers in mount pleasant and I'm getting a piece fixed that is peeling up on the headlight. Their installer just showed me how and where they had cut all into the paint on the install back in 2021. DO NOT USE CHARLESTON WINDOW FILMS!!

Charleston Window Films did work on two of my cars and my home office and I can't recommend them enough. Their prices are fair, they worked quickly, showed up on time, and the quality of the film and application seems top notch. They also stand by their work and include a warranty against defects or improper installation. Highly recommended.

Got my car windows done today at the Bacons Bridge location (I don't see an option for that location on here?). Overall I had a great and fast experience. The real test will be the next week or so to ensure that all bubbles will go away as expected but so far so good

Called the Summerville store and asked if they had Any openings and told me to bring it on in didnt even wait 5min to get my tuck in and only took em bout 20 to 25 min to do both my front doors. Looks good friendly service and very good price. I'd highly recommend anyone there
