After over 30 years of being a customer this business would not accept the damage they caused to my slide. It’s a mediocre establishment at best riding out their retirement. All they had to do was accept responsibility perhaps attempt to repair or even a credit to spend there. But these old guys have no clue. Stay away. There are better options in the Low Country. Karma is a biatch.

I’ve been in a few times. The salesmen are nice and don’t pressure you to buy. They’re also very knowledgeable. I bought a Beretta last month and could not have been happier with the price and the service.

I would agree with the previous reviewers as it relates to customer service. I have been attempted to get in contact with the store almost daily since i purchased a rifle and added a scope to it. I am trying to have it shipped to where i live. When you call the phone is never answered and They have responded twice by email but still no gun. I am out 1700.00 at this point. Finally someone answered the phone yesterday and said he would have owner call me but still crickets. i have spent over last seven years or so over 5k with this store for used guns and only one actually worked. I have spent double what I paid them to have them repaired. So with that last statement I guess I am at fault for continuing to trust this gun store but do not ever buy a used gun from them as they do not check what so ever to see if they are actually functioning properly.

I have been a customer of this shop for over thirty years. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and polite. Neil Schachte, the owner sets the standard for how a gun shop should be run. Terry, the gunsmith, is both honest and meticulous in his craft. Best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with, and I have many times over the years. Jim, the manager is precise, and has always been very helpful. Best gun shop in Charleston SC, probably in the state.

terrible customer service, big bald guy has a smart mouth and guns are wayyy over priced. G3 i bought at PSA was $250 and is sold here for $340! don’t waist your time and money! Also my buddy and i were kicked out because of the way we “smelt”

Henry's Sporting Goods in Mount Pleasant sent us to this place to look at guns. However, when I said that Henry's in Mount Pleasant sent us there to look at guns. The young man behind the counter I guess did not know about Henry's, which was fine. Until he started smirked and laughed at me. You are a rude young man with no customer service skills. Had you been giving guns away I wouldn't have taken it. You need to be polite to the customers and if you don't know what they are talking about be courteous. This store is over priced. Save your money and go elsewhere that knows how to treat customers

Nice selection but horrible customer service. We got to the store at 4:30 and were rushed out of the store before they closed at 5. My friend and I wanted to each buy a shotgun and were told they do not run background checks after 4:35. I own a small business and would never treat customers that way. We will not be back.
