Shopped there for the first time to order a beef tenderloin for Thanksgiving dinner. It was an absolutely stellar tenderloin. Perfectly prepared and tied...I just had to season and put it in the oven. It was delicious. I'll be returning there to shop. True quality products. Thanks.

By far the best steak in Charleston. I picked up some the grass fed skirt steaks to make a churrasco and the quality was so high that we barely even used chimichurri. The only steak that has even come close to this was a hanger steak we bought from here a few weeks back.

The owner is absolutely amazing. The meats are spectacular, fresh eggs… everything! My absolute favorite is the chicken salad sandwich with the BEST home made pickles I’ve ever had in my life.

Super friendly staff, you can tell they love what they do. When I asked for cooking advice they were very informative and happy to help. Homemade sausages are excellent, the wagyu ribeyes were a game changer for cookouts. Haven’t had one bad thing from this place, always top notch!

Great products and customer service. I stopped going to the other butcher spots in town and made this my default because I like going here and getting what I need for whatever I'm making on the grill, roasting, smoking - you name it.

If you are in the area, just stop and pick up the bacon hamburgers. Haha! Been eating their meat for a year and a half. You can't go wrong with Anything they have. Steaks are top-notch, and like I said, the Burgers are to die for. The staff is always smiling, makes you feel welcome, and will help with what they can! 5 STAR ALL AROUND

So I wanted to try making oxtails but the ones at the supermarket didn't look great. So someone told me about burbage meats. They were the best oxtails I ever saw. The meat had a clean taste and they were delicious!!!
