Diana at the Savannah Highway Boost store in Charleston, SC was a pleasure to work with. In the face of early morning challenges at the bank, she was efficient- and funny! - while working on my friend’s new phone. Her attitude, good humor, engagement and deep knowledge should be a model for customer service everywhere.

I visited this location last week with my grandmother who was left to set things up by herself while I went to a store nearby, and usually she has a lot of trouble with remembering passwords and getting things started, but fortunately Diana was there to help her and make sure she didn't get frustrated and discouraged. She left a happy new customer of boost mobile, and Diana's assistance, patience, understanding and kindness, has motivated me to soon make the transition myself.

I went to the store to get assistance in setting up my boost account Amy was the manager on duty. She was extremely helpful efficient professional she went above and beyond what was required to get me started. I accidentally left my charger at the store she even called me to let me know that she had it. She said she would hold on to it until I could come back. Kudos to Amy boost needs more like her.

This store's hours show that the store closes at 7 p.m. on Mondays; however, when I arrived at 6:43 p.m., the door was locked and the lights were off. I was irritated that I wasted my time driving there. I went back home and used the web site instead.

I have been a Boost customer since 2015,and have had not so good service until Ms Stacey started working there..I have had 2 recent issues that she went above and beyond to resolve!Boost is lucky to have such a compassionate employee like Ms Stacey!!

Called store at 4:30 pm today. Phone rung many times then someone just rejected the call without ever picking up.

Tried to get a new phone, and the guy told me he couldn't sell me a phone at the store. I've bought all my phones at boost mobile locations, but for some reason he wanted to act like I was inconveniencing him by getting him to do his job. I will never come back to this location!

You are better off doing this online. The first time i came to this store there was a cardboard sign that said it to lunch 30 minutes.. i word and no one ever showed up. Bless the girl in the car next to me she wasn't giving up.The second time I'm the only one in the store and the girl is obviously on the phone with a friend and just continues her conversation for a while. When I did talk to her, I knew more about the phone plans than her.
