I have had an exceptional experience with Bill at Bird. Through the mess and delays of Covid, he has always pulled through, returned my calls, set my expectations realistically, and delivered every time. The showroom has a huge variety of kitchen (and bathroom) hardware and faucets/showerheads. We picked out kitchen knobs/pulls requiring a custom finish, and Meghan watched over the order very closely. We had to change the order mid-way to adjust our numbers, and she worked with the manufacturer so we didn't lose our place in line. Finally, when the manufacturer had a breakdown on their finishing line, she went above and beyond to get us placed at the front so as to least disrupt our kitchen finishing in time for seeing our family for the first time since late 2019. We are very appreciative of all her hard work to make our kitchen come together.

Employees ignored us in the store for 20 minutes then the older man with spiked up hair(yes spiked hair in 2021) tried to “reeducated” as we were “stupid” and “didn’t understand a thing about home security.” Bro we were just getting door knobs. We simply walked out, but beware.

Great selection. Found what we wanted, but had a bad experience with salesman Bill. He did not respond to questions in timely manner and some emails and calls he just flat out never responded, and this is after we purchased the items with him. Fortunately for Bill, Meagan works there and she picked up all his slack. She basically tracked the order and made sure we received it in a timely manner. Bill still hasn’t responded to made sure that we got the product in. Make sure you work with Meagan when you buy from Bird, she will take care of you and respect you the way you deserve.

Had horrid experience. Ordered door hardware for my entire home, with 4 exterior lock sets which were requested to be keyed alike. They were not. I was offered solutions that were unsatisfactory, One of which, was to hire a locksmith and was told any locksmith could handle this but it was more complicated than that. Reached out to Sam at Bird Hardware for assistance to this locksmith, and I was chastised and mocked. Then was told by Sam, their president, that he was disappointed that I ever came into their store and purchased hardware. In good faith, Cannot recommend this store to anyone.. My recommendation would be to purchase door hardware from any of the multitude of online vendors, you will have better customer service from all 1-800 numbers.... Bird Hardware stated to assist and send a Bird rep out to rectify their mistake would be a cost of an additional $500-600. Save your money and purchase online.

Nicest place in town for quality hardware and fixtures for you home. Not the cheapest of course but there not meant to be selling the quality of products that they sale
